Place is very clean, staff is nice, variety of equipment and spacious. Not enough sanitation stations and the no big bag on the floor policy is wack but aside from that, place is decent

I cancel my membership somewhere else because they send me an email that they where going to open on March ,but it was a lie now I can't go baCk to my previous gym because I will have to pay for a full year's membership, I don't like the situation with chuz fitness, don't leave your previous gym, now I'm trying to request a refund.

Half of the equipment appears to be old/ outdated. They don't inform you of all the policies until after you've paid. >> Kid care / daycare is only open until 7:30pm on weekdays and you can only bring your child once per day for 90 minutes. Each minutes you're late is a dollar. There's a fee to cancel and to downgrade your membership.

For all those who can’t cancel your membership, you can always file a complaint with the CA Attorney general. If enough people reach out, they will investigate.Also some credit cards will refund you for the vendor not providing the services as promised. Just make sure you read your contract to see if you signed up to pay for their startup costs and keep track of your contacts with their customer service reps.

In person front office just told me they're opening next Wed on the 12th. We'll see how true that is i guess.We went on opening day and everything is nice and new. They have a pool opening in May and I'm looking forward to the classes. I haven't been waiting for a year like some but I'm satisfied.

I like it! It’s clean, staff seems friendly. I personally like how it’s not packed at the time I go. I also like the variety of classes they have. The instructor was good, she delivered a good workout. Super excited try out the rest of the classes:)
