I've been coming here with my wife and son ever since they opened. You definitely cannot beat the value and the always updating selection of cardio equipment, weights, workout themed areas (The Yard, TRX, private rooms for yoga) and the amenities.Little Bricks kids club was great to take our son to from infant up until age 8. The staff was always knowledgeable and our son Liam looked forward to going every time as they would draw with him and as he got older play basketball and soccer on the little kids court. The security for dropoff/pickup is excellent (they print out a name tag with your name and exact check-in and which parent checked the child in and they will ask you where you will be to work out in case there is an issue so you can feel relaxed knowing your kid is in good hands and having fun while you work out.)They are constantly renovating. They recently took out the basketball court area and put in its place a pretty sick turf field to train pretty much anyone of any age or athletes and they equipped the room with a ton of new racks, along with sleds for push/pull and a decent amount of atypical equipment for most gyms these days. There's a room you can box in as well as spaces to take classes, if that's your thing. The men's locker room amenities are great as you don't have to bring a lock as they have a 4 digit code built into every locker that you set when you get there and it is very easy to use. (If you ever forget your code, which I have done a few times the staff is quick to help) Speaking of the staff, almost everyone is friendly and there to help. Before and even after Covid hit, they are constantly wiping and disinfecting cardio/ weight equipment in case members elect not to. Staff have a smile on their face and will make you feel welcome and not once in 10 years have they been pushy when it comes to personal training or trying to upsell anything. Always a polite hello As you come in and exit and whatever they can help you with they will.I have never paid for a personal training lesson but I've spoken to members who have and I would agree with them that all of the personal trainers are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Always there to answer any questions me or my wife have ever had and happy to demonstrate proper technique on any piece of equipment. We have had the pleasure of getting to know one trainer over the years, Jamaal Dickerson. Jamaal is an extremely knowledgeable trainer with a plethora of experience. He gave my wife a free fitness consultation with body composition, workout planning and full nutritional analysis and it really got her going and motivated her to where she loves to go there nearly daily.Vicky Brick does a great job running the business and anytime we've ever had any billing mistakes they have been quick to help and correct.Overall, the facilities meet and exceed the cost of membership and they really put attention into the little details that most fitness clubs do not.

Well this is not my first rodeo with Brick Bodies but when Covid started and I was going to the gym and getting results and evening came to a halt. So now I’m back at it and I prefer the Padonia location. The prince is right now because the packages include the pool and the recovery zone. It’s the best choice I could make and you should give it a try!

The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. Nick (membership counselor) helped us schedule our welcome session. He is very professional and patient!

Have been trying to cancel for almost 6 months. We are still being charged. Left a prior review and they said to call. We called and no one returned our call. We went to the actual building. The staff on hand walked me through the same exact process to cancel online, even cc'd London Wilkins to make sure we got a response. Still no response. Received an email over a week ago from Carly Posselt telling us we owe $107. I immediately responded to her email asking the reason behind these charges and have not heard back. Our credit card is still being charged. So unprofessional and infuriating. I understand the industry is hurting, but I expected better from them.

While enjoyed being a member, it’s been an absolutely miserable experience trying to cancel our account. I would not advise allowing them to keep your credit card or any account on file. Each time we called during Covid to cancel they pleaded with us to just freeze our account. With hopes that we’d be able to continue once we felt safe, we froze again an additional time and then we decided to cancel. When I spoke with Angela from membership on the phone I gave her permission to fill out and sign for me, and the paperwork mysteriously never went through. When we were charged a few weeks later, we called and it was explained that since we didn’t have it written in email confirmation it was our fault. While frustrating, we understood that was on us since we didn’t have “proof” of our phone call so canceled on our end using the online platform. Well guess what? We are still being charged by BB. Each time we call we are given a new run around and fed more BS. Now London Wilkins tells us for the first time (quite passive aggressively if you ask me) after 3 months of an absolute run around that we need to buy out our contract of over $150. This was never discussed in any of the many times we tried to cancel. The communications have been maddening. We have spent so much time and energy on this we couldn’t imagine not warning others who may be considering joining. Do not save your credit card on file with them.

If you are concerned about Covid, I would not recommend this gym. I went on a Wednesday, arrived around 3:30pm, left at 4:40pm. While jogging, I noticed very few members wearing mask. They were taking, laughing, joking and had no intention to wear a mask. I heard one member. (55-60 years) yell to another, to take the damn mask off. It’s was craziness. It was crowded with minimal staff to ensure Covid protocols were followed, no one wiped down the machines. 😩. My experience was disappointing.

I went for two weeks continuously for my weekly swim lessons and the instructor didn't turn up and neither did the assigned person contacted me. I requested for refund and got my refund after three months and everybody out there denied to give me any ETA on my refund. After few phone calls, they even stopped picking up the calls and said they can't help me. It is highly non professional gym so think twice.

Loved the gym! Recently was told guests aren’t able to come in before 8am which I think is absurd or should at least be in the contract. I pay full membership price if there is a time period guest can only be in the gym it should in my membership agreement. I choose Brick because of the hours which is a huge disappointment.

Update: I've been going for a couple of months now and still very much like it. The aqua classes are great and there are other good class options for those of us who are working with old knees or aren't quite ready for high impact. Most people are respectful of COVID and wipe down the machines when they are done.I've only been once but so far it's great. Lockers have locks so you don't have to bring one, some machines count your reps, showers look nice & everything was very clean.

Brick Bodies as a program, Brick Perks, where you receive points just for going. Through Brick Perks I saved $44 by redeeming my points for awesome gifts as opposed to spending my money to purchase items. Customer support was absolutely awesome and the redemption process was super easy and my items were quickly mailed! The value is great! I was able to get items I needed just by going to the gym! 😊
