I mostly wanted to give a shout out to the Personal Trainer Melanie. She was very knowledgable, listened to my mental and physical needs, and came up with a great routine. She made me feel more comfortable in a gym setting, which isn't always the case. Thanks, Melanie!

The facility is very nice, the management is terrible, as a result of poor management, this excellent facility is falling apart. The ventilation and air conditioning system has been broken for months (very noticeable stinky in the yoga studio and the bathrooms) and no response by the management to repetitive complaints. The men's changing room and bathroom stink and are rarely (properly) cleaned/ventilated.The water fountains often malfunction or operate in mysterious ways. When the equipment breaks, it stays broken for a long time. The towel service is shut down indefinitely.Sadly, this gym is an example of great design and decent investment but the worst gym-appropriate management and customer service!

I'm a newbie, but thus far I have been enjoying the experience. Lovely location, esthetically pleasing, a wide variety of equipment and classes; the staff is friendly. I'm looking forward to the journey.

I attempted to only put a freeze on my account, as my workload has greatly increased and I will not be able to attend for the next month. I wanted to save money that I could. I had to call three times to speak to someone about freezing my account. When I finally reached Austin, who originally spoke to me about my membership, he informed me that I would have to wait until the next billing period and I would be charged for the gym services until 3/31 as well as a service period fee of five dollars each period my account was frozen. It is 3/9. I understand paying for the current period and even the five dollar freeze charge. What I do not understand is charging me for time the company knows I will not be at the gym, when tfreezing my account would take no more than a press of the button. Austin claimed to have explained this to me at our initial meeting, however this policy was not explained by him or Tracy, who I signed up with. Further, both encouraged me that I could freeze my account at any time given my hesitation signing up in the first place. I will never recommend this gym to any of my friends, family or colleagues and plan to extensively share my experiences with this company.
