This is a very nice facility. super clean, not really crowded, and a good selection of machines. My problem with Brick Bodies came when i went to begin my free trial that they boldly advertise on their sites and listings. I am new to the area so i was hoping to find a new Gym to call home and i wanted to give it a shot as i did not like how crowded LA fitness had gotten. My friend and i went into the rotunda location to activate our free trial and they were very polite initially they took us through our tour and everything seemed good.i began to notice something with the staff and it seemed they were more concerned as to whether or not we were seriously considering signing up or if we were wasting their time. i ignored the disrespect and we finished out the tour.after the tour we were told that because we are under 25 our trial cannot be activated. this was clearly made up to prevent two young black men from using the trial they offer as they judged us and maybe assumed we could not afford it or we were just in it for few days of the trial. The employee who made up the rule, probably on the behalf of management noticed my confusion. she left and came back and told us her manager decided to make an exception to approve our trial.this treatment was the deciding factor and we decided to take our business elsewhere. BEWARE if you want to use a trial. They prefer a certain demographic

I've been going to this gym for a few weeks, here are my takeaways:Pros: Clean spaces, new equipment, friendly staff, full schedule of classes to choose from.Cons: No towels?! (apparently this started during the pandemic, now they're saying the washer is broken.)Very low water pressure in the showers. I had to keep moving so my extremities didn't get cold. My husband confirmed it's the same on the men's side.Inconvenient parking. Not enough yoga mats. (Yes I know I can bring my own but one reason I belong to a gym is so I don't have to lug around equipment)

I've been going to this gym for over a year and truly love the experience. For general fitness and strength, there is an abundance of equipment including 4 power racks for those looking. The facilities are always clean and the staff are great! As I've become more specialized in my training, I do notice that this facility lacks a lot of specialized equipment. That isn't a big complaint as it isn't billed as a specialty gym. That being said, I would love to see more of the specialty bars show up like what have been at the Padonia location!

I joined Brick Bodies in Feb. 2021 after taking a year off from working out during the pandemic. As part of enrollment, you’re given a free session with one of their trainers. My trainer Tony listened to my goals and physical limitations/injuries and developed a program that worked for me. There was no hard sell to sign up for more sessions. I have now been working out with him now for over two years and could not be happier with my results or the facilities at Brick Bodies. The staff is courteous and the gym is incredibly clean. I highly recommend Brick Bodies Rotunda.

I love this gym, great equipment, it's clean, in a great area, the staff and other members are all very friendly. Andrew, my personal trainer is probably the best PT I've ever met. I came in with a slipped disc in my back, causing severe sciatica pain. I could barely get up and down, let alone run or lift. I took the plunge to do something different than the prescribed things that weren't working for me. I thought my next step was going to be surgery. After five months of working out with him, I'm hitting a stride I thought I never would again. I credit this to his overall fitness and nutrition knowledge, and his friendly and patient way of focusing on form and getting the foundation right, then building from there. I feel like I'm getting back to myself and in one of the best shapes of my life. I highly recommend Andrew for anyone looking for a personal trainer, and Brick Bodies for having quality trainers like him!

Great, clean gym with awesome staff! Front desk are always warm/friendly, managers are thoughtful, PT program is excellent. My trainer Andrew is phenomenal!!!!! Even earned a free shirt just by checking in with Brick Perks. Used to work for a major competitor and this place is by far superior. Thank you to the Brick Bodies team!!!

I like the staff and facilities at this gym but "pandemic hours" became for the foreseeable future hours, classes seem intentionally scheduled during working hours (9-5 M-F) and generally seem pretty limited and primarily Les Mills classes at the rotunda location (no pilates, kickboxing, non-Vinyasa yoga, etc). I will say however that the classes I have gone to have had wonderful instructors. It also seems like things have only gone downhill - cancelled classes, limited hours, no longer a women's lifting group - with only a new app for promoting their personal fitness services being added. It's a clean nice facility but for the price you'd expect a bit more.
