If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cancelation process is a complete nightmare and scam! After canceling my personal trainer membership, I continued to be charged for months after, totaling over $1000. I was given the runaround the entire time I tried to get this resolved. I was told to call, email, come in person. After refusing to communicate and refund the charges, I was forced to fail a fraud claim. They are still trying to charge me for my canceled membership. DO NOT GO THERE! Frauds and scammers!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. If you go and look at recent reviews for this location you will find a common trend - neglectful management. My negative interaction with this business has been ongoing since my wife and I reached out to end our peak results membership on April 28th. We were told the best way to start the process was to email the assistant manager. Overall he was pleasant through email and over the phone but lacked responsiveness. Many of the specific questions we asked about ending the membership went unanswered or ignored. After he said he would cancel our memberships we requested a receipt so we had it for the record. It wasn't until I went in person that I found he had not completed our cancellation. This is a typical sales tactic. A few days before we had mentioned to him that there were 4 charges for the month when there should have been 2. I was told that has to be investigated by a 3rd party and the manager is the only one who could handle that. After trying for days to get in touch with her via phone and email, I was recommended by Crunch's corporate billing department to dispute the charges with my bank. I must also mention there was always an excuse why she was unavailable to talk - she left early, she's in a meeting, she's got the door close. I tried calling multiple times a day at various times and always left my name and number with the front. I have also reached out to the complaint email and was told the regional manager would be reaching out to me which has yet to happen. Stay away from the location and make sure to read the other reviews. I would never recommend this location for their shady business practices.

Attempted to cancel my membership and was told every way I was doing it was wrong. If I called they told me to come in, if I came in they told me to email, and if I emailed they told me to come in or call. Finally got them to cancel it (or so I thought) and they still charged me an additional month even though they sent me a document saying my membership was cancelled. The gym itself was ok but this process has ruined the experience

Crunch is a complete scam. They reel you in offering flexible month to month options, but what they don’t tell you is that it’s impossible to cancel your membership. I called, emailed, physically drove there and requested to cancel in person, and they continue to give me the runaround. Do NOT get a membership here. Comcast customer service is better than this sorry excuse of a business. I would give negative stars if that was an option.

Needs more squat racks, there can be 100+ people at any given time with only 3 squat racks so if you like to squat or deadlift I’d look elsewhere, because you won’t be doing much of either at crunch canton. Coming from a gym half the size as crunch canton with 3x as many racks you really appreciate the difference. Take a look at Merritt it has plenty of racks.

After cancelling a year ago, I started receiving charges on my credit card from Crunch as if I were still a member. I sent several emails to have this reversed and never heard back. I had to notify my bank and report it as fraud. I would avoid this gym for that reason alone. They obviously keep your billing information on file, even after cancellation.

I’ve had a membership here and I canceled it months ago and tried to come in as a guest on a day it was an open house and the manager did everything so that I wasn’t able to work out, somehow I was good until she noticed who I was, Lia Wise-Diaz the general manager was very unprofessional and has always been unprofessional, Lia tends to create her own rules and believes it’s her gym.Update- She seen this and then banned me globally, apparently she did not like that I’m not a liar.

My experience at Crunch Fitness was nothing short of a disastrous ordeal. This gym's management incompetence and complete lack of organization turned what should have been an enjoyable fitness journey into a never-ending source of frustration and disappointment.Let's start with the management at Crunch Fitness, or lack thereof. It became painfully obvious that the staff had no idea how to run a gym efficiently.Communication at Crunch Fitness was abysmal. Important announcements or schedule changes were rarely posted or communicated to members. It was clear that Crunch Fitness had no regard for their members' time and dedication. The overall organization at Crunch Fitness was an absolute disaster. It seemed that no one took responsibility for creating a clean and safe workout environment. The most infuriating aspect was the utter disregard for member needs.Crunch Fitness's billing system was an absolute nightmare. I encountered multiple instances of incorrect charges and inexplicable fees appearing on my account. Attempts to seek clarification and resolve these issues were met with indifference and a lack of accountability from the management. It was painfully evident that Crunch Fitness cared more about collecting money than providing a quality experience for its members. They make it impossible to cancel the membership. I am still being charged two months after emailing them to cancel my membership and visiting in person just to find out "they couldn't do it in person".Crunch Fitness epitomizes poor management and abysmal organization. From the lack of leadership and effective communication to the blatant disregard for member needs and safety, this gym falls drastically short in delivering a positive fitness experience. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding Crunch Fitness at all costs. Numerous other gyms exist that prioritize their members and actually understand how to run a fitness facility competently.

Update: after cancellation they continued to attempt to charge me an additional $94.98 without authorization. Fortunately my credit card caught the fraud as they were made aware the cancellation with $0 due form that was mailed out.Truly the Harris Teeter of gyms. No customer service and you have to go at weird unusual times if you don't want to be waiting longer than your utilizing the place. Watch as soon as you walk in you will see paper towels on top of the paper towel dispensers. They don't even try to put them in. There is no customer service unless you are female (in which case you will get extra attention) I was there for 3 days before I could find the locker room. They tell you nothing and show you nothing when you first arrive. Also, Check your billing because they will try to overcharge you. Luckily I caught mine the first month in and cancelled which is a pain in its own. Try to call their corperate headquarters before you start. Just do that. And then decide if you want to go here.

Stay away from this gym. When you cancel, you’ll have to pay an additional month from whenever the date you cancel your membership. And in order to cancel you will have to go in person to do it. They will not answer the phone or respond to any other form of communication. Based on other people’s comments I’m going to have to be on the look out for future charges because based on many other comments here, they apparently don’t actually cancel your membership when you request it.
