Love the OT workout! The coaches are great and I love that I don’t have to think about what to do, they tell you and it’s always a great work out!

I came to a free class and very much enjoyed my experience. Coach Morgan was extremely knowledgeable and super motivating. I highly recommend Orange theory. My only complaint would be the front desk girls. They were rude and unprofessional.

Got charged $440 for two months I never used bc of Covid. I was told I could just keep suspending my account until covid vaccination was available.Didn’t matter, still got charged for two months I never used, and had to call back for about a month before speaking with the manager Justine, who clearly did not care and refused to let me speak to the owner whom she claimed told her not to provide a refund.Kinda sad to get Walmart service from a $210/mo gym.

I would like to preface this by saying that by no means does this review apply to Orange Theory as a whole or other studios, as I currently attend classes at another studio and have had an AMAZING experience. My experience with this studio was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with a fitness facility that I have ever had. From the very day I signed up, the staff at Long Farm did EVERY SINGLE THING wrong. First off, when I signed up, they did not even put my name or email into the system correctly. This took weeks and multiple phone calls to get corrected. I started out with a basic membership, and when I moved out of state and decided to continue with my membership and eventually upgrade to an elite membership, Long Farm gave me absolute hell. I called and spoke with an employee explaining that I was using a different studio and would like to transfer since their rates were lower and asked what I needed to do to make this happen. I fully understood I would still be charged another month at my current rate after submitting a cancellation request. I was told I needed to fill out ONE cancellation form and that I would be terminated at this location following 30 days. I subsequently got charged for BOTH a basic and elite membership, and after speaking with the studio manager, I was told a refund was submitted but that since I did not fill out 2 cancellation forms, I would be charged an additional month at Long Farm's higher rate. When I expressed that this was different than what I had been told previously and that it didn't seem right, the studio manager responded with a threatening statement of "If you do not make the payment, you will be sent to collections." After speaking with my current studio, they expressed that this made no sense, and they also informed me that a refund was never processed. The studio manager at my new studio had to actually call to discuss this with the studio manager, and she refused to cancel my membership without another month's payment. She also finally agreed to refund me almost a month later after the other studio manager asked her about me being billed twice. My current studio attempted to facilitate a transfer from Long Farm's facility so that I would not have to be charged an ADDITIONAL month, however Justine would NEVER respond or call my current studio back. Eventually, my current studio submitted a transfer request through the Orange Theory help desk, which was sent directly to the owner. A week passed and no response from the owner was received. The corporate office had to override the transfer in order to get my membership with Long Farm terminated. This entire process took at least 20 phone calls and many hours of my time and caused me a great deal of stress. Clearly the issues with this studio start with the owner and studio manager. I am very grateful to the Orange Theory Short Pump studio in Glen Allen, VA and the corporate OTF for aiding me in this seemingly impossible process. Hopefully someone else can avoid having a similar, awful experience like me by avoiding this studio altogether.

The rudest management I have ever seen in my life. They don't care about the people, they only care about their money. I booked a free class of 8.45 am and showed up at 8.30 as per the instructions. They told me they can not take me to this class and they charged my card for not showing up, the manager lady was sooo arrogant, she was not even listening to what I was saying regarding the scheduling.I even stayed there for an hour, took another class at 10, and still that manager lady was adamant and refused to give the credit back and said if you joined for 3 months today then only I can credit back. Simply ridiculous and pathetic customer service.
