Best 1 hour workout I’ve ever done! It’s like having a personal trainer without the hovering! So much fun too!

This is such a great concept and the best hour workout I’ve ever had! Orange Theory is great at pushing you out of your comfort zone. The trainers are great and super knowledgeable/encouraging. If you prefer a solo workout then this might not be for you because even through you go at your own pace and focus on YOUR goals, it’s still a group setting. I give this place a 15/10!

UNBELIEVABLE! When I was interested in joining they phoned me everyday, sent electric documents and took CC over the phone. After three sessions I injured my knee due to improper training. I called to freeze my account while I started therapy. They would not allow me to freeze my account over the phone. So, I met with the manager and had to pay a $15 fee. Two months later in Jan they charged my CC for a full month. I called today, the day my membership renewed and of course they said I can't do anything over the phone. So, I drove there to cancel. They charged my account again yesterday and will not refund me. Lets sum this up. They charged me three months $255, a $15 freeze fee and $40 for a heart monitor. That is $103 a session. Let's not forget the $800 physical therapy bill due to poor training. I paid for the full month of Feb without using your facility once and you are making me pay again for March. Sad...

Awesome workout. I have increased my running speed and weight amount in a short period of time. From a person that has always hated running- it’s a big deal. Love the trainers and front desk staff.
