I was looking for a gym I felt comfortable with, and I found that at Atlas. No one makes you feel bad for where you’re at, they just encourage and support your growth. Cameron has an amazing place and is a great trainer. I highly recommend checking Atlas out no matter your age, gender, or skill. You won’t regret it!

I lifted at Atlas recently and loved it. The gym is perfect for serious strength training. There are numerous squat racks, benches, deadlifting platforms, and strongman training equipment. If you’re interested in lifting to get strong, Atlas Strength Shop provides the perfect atmosphere to do so.

We stopped in on our road trip this gym offers everything you need! Weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman!! They do not have a kids care but our baby was welcome with opened arms! I highly recommend this gym to anyone we were only here for a day but every member was welcoming, cheered each other on during the lifts. Great owner fast reply!I called 6 other gyms no answer. Cameron was on the phone with someone else when we called and texted us and helped us within 5 minutes of that phone call!

My boyfriend and I tried out Atlas and absolutely loved it! The equipment is top notch and not many other gyms carry everything that Atlas does. 15/10 recommend trying it out!

Great gym. It is very well equipped with all the strongman equipment you may need. Lots of space and clean with friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good workout in Baton Rouge

I’m in Baton Rouge visiting my parents for Thanksgiving. My dad and I decided to stop by the Atlas Strength Shop. Cameron was so helpful and nice. They have a full stack gym with quality equipment. Cameron also gave me a few tips for my first powerlifting meet. I highly recommend checking out their gym!

I’m an amateur strongman out of Western Tennessee. I have competed in 2 competitions at Atlas Strength Shop in Baton Rouge and both were great experiences.My first competition at Atlas was what I will always remember as on of the best comps ever. There were great athletes from all over the south and gulf coast. The local crew in Louisiana are a great bunch of men and women always fun to compete with.I also competed in Louisiana’s strongest there which was a blast. I got to meet an whole new group of competitors which made for another great event!Cameron and Matt put a lot of work into these comps and it shows. Almost every time they have built a new device for an event at the show. Cameron is a true fan of the sport and has a passion for strongman which causes him to go to great lengths to consistently add new equipment to the gym. Even if you’re just in the area I recommend dropping in to check it out in person.Since you’re in Baton Rouge don’t forget to try some of the amazing local restaurants, LSU campus, tour the plantations, and see some gators in the wild!If you live near you should be a member, traveling to Baton Rouge drop in, and strongmen you must make a trip to compete here!
