I absolutely love lifting here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and willing to help in anyway they can, whether it’s giving you a spot, lift off, or picking the correct bar (there are so many different bars!) I truly found another gym family.

This is an awesome gym, weather your just getting started or if you have been training for years you will fit right in. Everyone respects everyone else and is always available to help you to reach your goals or even just a spot here and there. You do not have to be a competitor to fit in but if you are then this is the place to be.for any strength sport! Also, no Lunker Alarms here!!

I would like to start out by saying that the Atlas Strength Shop is a great place to train at any age. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have been getting personal training from Cameron for the last couple of months to help my mobility as I get older. After going through my workouts I did not realize that some of my mobility has been slowly slipping away. I am now able to move in ways that I could not when I started. I would encourage anyone to get up and get moving again and I can not think of a better place to start than the Atlas Strength Shop.

Atlas Strength Shop is one of the best gyms in Baton Rouge for real functional strength training and culture. Its a very accepting and diverse environment where the people training there all know and encourage each other to improve. This is a place where you can do everything from jujitsu, to arm wrestling, body building, and especially world class power lifting. You will never find another gym like it. Stop by and see for yourself some time.

Atlas is an amazing gym. I have been welcomed with open arms by the owner as well as other gym goers. The owner Cameron has been helping me regain my strength and heal my back. So far I’ve gotten so much stronger and am feeling better than I have in a long time. 100% would recommend!

As a girl who has spent her gym time doing cardio…I decided to try something new and out of my comfort zone. This was 100% the place for this! As a female starting from scratch, I chose the 1:1 training to start off. The owner, Cameron, has been amazing working with me on my goals! This has been the happiest place I’ve ever been at a gym! Every single member treats you like part of their gym family the second you walk in and is your biggest supporter when you hit goals. Trust me, just try it! You won’t regret it!

Had to travel to Baton Rouge for work and had the opportunity to go lift here. The facility was great! The owner was very accommodating setting me up with a day pass. If your looking for a strongman gym this is definitely the place! I'll be going there any time I'm In the area.

New to this gym, but I’ll say this… the last month I’ve found a home/community of supportive, driven, and strong group of individuals within this gym. I’ve been competing in strength sports for about a year and this is a place I can continue my trajectory towards my goals. With world class barbells, huge variety of strongman implements, and isolation machines; this place is for anyone who wants to get in better shape to break world records!
