High quality, diverse group classes, equipment in good condition. The GM is extremely friendly and always willing to offer assistance.

The trainer that is over the HIIT classes in the evenings at the Beaumont crunch fitness is extremely rude and extremely loud. He is very unprofessional and should not be allowed to be on staff at this facility. He’s making a bad name for this gym. A complaint was filed with corporate also.

I haven’t really been much to crunch, but usually when I do there’s a guy named frank at the front desk ready to welcome me, he ask how i’ve been and he tells me if I need any help he’ll happily do so. Overall the facility is great and from what i’ve seen from frank so is the customer service!

Planet Fitness rebranded as Crunch. Was very disappointed. Exygon has what I need for my workouts where this gym lacks. The HIIT area is the only redeeming thing about Crunch. I'd recommend this gym for circuit training, cardio, and HIIT.
