Great gym, new updated equipment,helpful staff and clean environment. My 4 star rating is based on the TV's that when connected there is a static clicking sound every 4 seconds. It happens with every tv station and it's not my ear buds because they worked fine at the other location. I have mentioned the issue but nothing was resolved. There could be more cleaning stations since you have to walk a distance to clean a machine before someone else jumps on it. Other than those draw backs it's a great gym and location.

I worked out here for ONE night. The people behind the counters are clearly unprofessional and the manager gaslights you into why he feels like what you hear and you inexperienced is invalid. I had no idea I was being followed when I walked in last night. Being that Beaumont only has one Planet Fitness, I had no idea you can only workout at one and make it your home gym. NO PROBLEM. Only thing that slightly annoyed me, but I was willing to let that go of was being followed, but when I was leaving, I didn’t even make it 2 seconds towards the door before the employees were making remarks about me. This was a very uncomfortable stressful experience and the manager clearly didn’t care and made the experience more uncomfortable for me. The team clearly needs more training and I will NOT be back. This was the first time I’ve ever walked into a gym and felt uncomfortable.

I have to take medicine for a medical condition that I have so I have to keep the medication with me at all times … I never had any issues with the staff dealing with a small gym bag that I keep with me “close” at all times. The day shift manager with pink hair seems to think that absolutely no “excuse” is good enough after two days worth of harassing me in the gym about my bag he offers to call the cops on me and have me removed. Also the second day he was in street clothes out of uniform, off the clock trying to remove me. When I asked for contact information for a manager over him he tells me that I don’t dictate what he needs to do for me and of course when I asked his name he didn’t comply with giving it to me. He told me that someone would call me!If you could send me an email or some type of contact information I will gladly explain the situation.

Overcrowded. To many empty bicycles elliptical and treadmill. Not enough bumbbells and free weights .

Enjoyment of free speech. Modules of programs. Machine talk. Care for belongings. Holy water fountain. Donation center. Hope it helps me. Nakedness in the rooms.

+ Many machines for lots of muscle groups+ Space for everyone+ Many sanitation stations+ App tells you the level of activity within the gym- No apparent consIt's convenient to have a gym as easily accessible as this one, especially nice in Beaumont.

Love the 30 minute workout section. Easy to move through.
