The manager dude with pink hair likes to harass people and doesn't know the policies and argues! Need the owners number, because he is absolutely unpleasant and needs to keep his personal opinions to himself. Leave people alone, we go in there to workout, not to be bothered!

Equipment is clean because nobody really uses it, no free-weight bars is disappointing because the linear tracks on the existing bars don't represent real movements at all, and staff chewed me out and almost kicked me out for merely having 250 on a smith machine squatting it, citing "gymtimidation" when I was literally just minding my owm business all in the 40 minutes that I was there. I don't like that the lockers are out of sight and behind about 4-5 corners in the bathroom which just begs for stuff to get stolen. It's like these people don't want you to get a real workout in cause they'll stop you from having a water container that's "too big". There's better gyms for the same price tbh. Great if you like to walk on a treadmill though 👍🏾

I’m an gym rat I’ve been to gyms in over 20 states and 65 cities. In believe me when I said the employees at this planet fitness are among the most argumentative I am right people I’ve ever seen in my life maybe it’s because they had to be here at 5am in the morning although other gyms are 24 hours an hour some of the things they say is some of the things they do make them a constant irritant if I wasn’t a member I wouldn’t join and if I lived in the city I would cancel. Believe me I’m all for doing your job with these people just take it to a new level ultimately I’m here to exercise not to be chastise and irritated by you

I love Planet Fitness! I love all the Black Card perks, they are always clean and have friendly staff, and the price is right on target. My gym time is my time away from the kids to relax and listen to podcasts and tan. I love it so much!

Counter employees are very nice ! Love the Redlight Beauty Angel..tanning beds are very good. Clean lots of sanitizing stations. I go to the new location . But both are nice.

The young ladies at the front desk are friendly in the morning when I arrive. I have seen staff cleaning on multiple occasions which is comforting in this age of covid-19 and other germs. It is also affordable. Oh, and it's rarely packed when I visit so I can social distance as well as use equipment with no waiting.
