I love the friendly greetings, but on two occasions ask teach me the proper way of turning on the total body one say , I will be there show up afters the fact I'm tanning, no vibration going. Second, I asked again , I was told directions this push twice then start nothing this time just tanning.

Soooo.... just found out why my membership was cancelled at #planetfitness. A week or so ago two teenager boys were running around in the gym acting like 12 year old girls giggling pinching each other being loud complete goofs. Fine behavior for the schoolyard not for a gym for Adults. While I was in the locker room getting ready to leave they came in there continuing the same behavior so I asked if they would tone it down. They kept it up then one of them very sarcastically said " Is this better sir ? We don't want to bother you ." Then started giggling again. To which I replied "Obviously ". End of encounter.On my way out I asked the staff if we were running a daycare. The 20 something night manager got really offended an told me those boys were 'High school age are were able to be there ". I said they were acting like 12 yearolds. And left. Apparently after I was gone the manager asked them about ,telling them they had had a complaint. At Which point they did what kids do and blamed me ,saying I had cursed at them . On this basis (and there were other adults present during this exchange who would have reported the crazy guy cursing at children ) the manager cancelled my membership. Without even asking me what had happened.

Everyone is always very nice and welcoming. Its clean and just a nice environment to be in. I get quiet a bit of anxiety going to places like this, but I feel very comfortable here, I thoroughly enjoy going here.

Plenty of treadmills. Free Fast WIFI for streaming music. Plenty of TV’s. And I have really come to appreciate your theme of inclusiveness. I didn’t realize how important this was at first. But I have come to appreciate the confidence it gives me to keep showing up.

Ok, let me open by saying Planet Fitness is not my jam.. I actually like to be fit and feel slightly stereotyped when I work out in one. This gym nailed what planet fitness was probably trying to accomplish. The employees are all friendly, no judgement kinda people. They make you feel at home regardless of what you look like. It’s a bit crowded but it’s 2 miles from home! Check em out !

I love that the gym is comfortable for all sizes. It isn't crowded. It's always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely made the right choice getting a membership here.

It’s a clean facility with proper equipment for the price. It can get crowded at times but not management fault. I would recommend to anyone. At least as a starter gym if just joining the health/fitness community. But why pay more for the same thing?

Great pricing and good place but have had a number of broken machines and they are horribly slow about repairing them. One (of only 4) Smith machines has been down for over 3 or 4 weeks and the staff can't say when it might be repaired. Very discouraging.

Love it. No judgement, employees smile and always willing to help. Love the treadmills and the massage bed OMG. You won't be sore the best day. Then hit the level 1 beds. I don't use products, i don't need to.i just use coconut oil my skin after showering then lotion, lotion, lotion. You won't have that leather look- if you have the right skin tone. The fans keep you cool while your warning your bones. Times are great, evenings are best for workouts, beds are Warner in the afternoon. Busier. I really need to go today!

Beaumont location-Front desk staff around lunch time is terrible. Rude, not friendly and they act like you're invisible when you walk up there (if they're even up there to begin with). Trainer is rude. Was told by him today that I couldn't use a piece of equipment because he was ABOUT to have a class use it...even though they were all just standing around it and not using it. Excuse me but I pay a membership too. I only needed it for 5 minutes and I couldn't do what I needed to do anywhere else in the gym. They need to have a separate room for just classes. There have been several times that I wanted to use the ab and stretching room with the 360 machine in it and I couldn't because of the class. They shouldn't be able take that room for hours at a time.
