First time back in the gym since COVID-19 I was a little scary but I have to say the gym was spotless clean everyone had their mask on everyone was cleaning the machines and they even had staff on site cleaning the machines I felt very safe and clean got a good work out I will be back

Majority of staff are on their phones not paying attention to anything. 50 percent of the gym not wearing masks. Dont kniw why they have the digital scheduling station fir Black card perks. Everytime I try to schedule something they say it's in use fir that cycle. If it's in use then why does the cycle show available. Because they don't use it.Sucks this is the only PF in the area.

Kirsty and Lindsey are horrible. Especially Kirsty ( small long haired blonde lady) she's always very rude and unprofessional. I absolutely hate going when she's there. Don't ask her a question because you're sure to get the run around. She doesn't know her job at all. PF PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.

It's a PF. Lots of exercise equipment, massage chairs, hydromassage beds, tanning beds, and red light therapy. If you need to freeze your account, go before the 10th of the month otherwise you will be charged for the next month. All account updates and cancellation must be performed in person or sent via certified letter to the location you signed up at.

I have not used planet fitness at all in 2020, and yesterday I find a charge on my business account for membership fees. I look back at my account statement and they have been auto drafting fees for several months... I stopped by the gym today to have this corrected but the Manager was unwilling to make this right. Was told blah,blah blah contract,blah blah blah auto renewal. DECEPTIVE COMMUNICATION!!

The staff greet you by first name each visit. The equipment is always clean and in working condition. The locker room is always tidy and clean. Great club.

I don’t care what other people have to say about this place good or bad, all I know is that once I stepped foot in this place after a long time of avoiding weight loss I feel happier. The atmosphere is great, the people amazing and always smiling and most of all I lost 35 lbs by coming here, so yea they deserve all five stars.

Nice and clean gym. Plenty of equipment. Rarely have to wait for something. Could use more leg lift/dip equipment. Nice cardio equipment with easy touch buttons on the handles so you don't have to reach up to the screen at a high incline run. They let people talk on their phones very loudly while working out though. It is a distraction even with my ear buds in. Could definitely use improvement in the men's showers. The showers are small, not very clean and no shelf to put soap and shampoo on. You have to put it on the dirty floor. If it weren't for the showers and loud talking I would have given it 5 stars.

Staff is very friendly no matter what time of the day! I love being able to go workout without people machine hogging.

Staff and customers are all great and friendly. Feel like family when walking through the door. Definitely best fitness center I've ever been in!
