It is nice to enter a place and listen to the friendliness of its employees and especially the manager, this gym is quite large and tidy and has a variety of machines and dumbbells with a lot of weight.For now it's nice to come here to train. Thanks.Excelente club! Y muy amables los empleados.

Went in for a tour and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Large workout areas with plenty of equipment. Can't wait to start working out regularly

If you sign up, I hope you don’t plan on canceling ever! It’s such a hassle to cancel. I moved 4 hours away and since I couldn’t cancel at the location near my new home they wanted me to send a letter. Sent the letter and they told me I couldn’t cancel until I paid a balance they said I owed from 7 months prior which is confusing since they had been taking money off my account each month. Said I would have to pay the balance and if not they couldn’t cancel me. Mind you, they can see I haven’t checked in at any of their facilities for over a year and a half so they have been get free money. Now want me to pay more. SMH it took a whole month for a supervisor to call me back just to tell me she couldn’t help me.

ALWAYS out paper towels!!While employees are chilling @ the desk on their phones. I have to go all the way across the gym to the other side just to wipe down the equipment before & after I use. It's RIDICULOUS!!SANITATION STATIONS should be PRIORITY especially with Covid still lurking!! It's not hard to get off your phone & go check each station every hour!! CRAZY!!!

I give this place no stars at all. The only reason you have 1 star is so that i can make this post. Please be careful when you sign up at a planet fitness. They're locking you in on a 5 year contract. Yes, that is right. They don't even explain to you that your signing up for a 5 year contract. This is completely outrageous.

Very friendly and helpful staff that will go out of their way to help out. The equipment is always clean and well maintained, rarely is anything out of order for more than a day. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned very regularly and always well supplied. I love the new floor plan setup for the equipment and there is almost no wait for equipment during the times I go at least.

PF in Beaumont is extremely clean. The staff is more than polite. There is absolutely no body shaming or embarrassment of others. I would definitely recommend PF to anyone who is looking for a nice place to go and workout. I would like to see PF get a childcare center in the future.Thank you.

Our stuff was in a locker with a planet fitness lock that we had purchased from them. Our bag with our wallets, keys and all of our important stuff was stolen and the lock looked like it hadn’t been tampered with. I triple checked the lock before we went to do our workout, but they somehow got into our locker and stole all of our stuff. We notified the front desk and asked them if they could pull up the footage and they were unable to because the manager couldn’t get there until tonight. I am not blaming any of the employees, but this should have been handled differently. They stole all of our money and cards. We won’t be returning.

This gym is great. There are lots of varying exercise machines. The employees are friendly and leave you to work out as you please. There are clean showers, locker and restrooms and cleaning supplies located throughout the facility to wipe down the equipment as well as hand sanitizer dispensers. Their app has a handy crowd meter so you can avoid a crowd and you can keep track of your workout time. Not to mention membership cost is very reasonable.

Clean overall, BUT Toilet was Out of Service, Shower 🚿 Out of Service, toilet without toilet paper 🧻 even after reported twice to front desk. Some of machines are loose and not working properly. Pros are Big parking lot, spacious workout area and despite being laid back friendly staff though. I'll give optimistically 3 stars 🌟 out of those one star is on credit
