They have equipment here that my location in Dallas doesn't have. I had yet to workout as hard as I did when I visited Beaumont. Loved it here.

Super rude staff . Says I owe 150.00 very loudly in front of other members and that I can’t work out . Not sure how when it’s coming out of my account every month , but ok , I worked out there last week and no one said anything about this , it would have been nice if he would have took the time out and discussed this with me and try to figure out what’s going on instead of embarrassing me in front of other members .

This is a good gym as long as you don’t want access to a barbell/bench press set up. The gym is mostly treadmills and small machines.

Very relaxing environment. Very peaceful and always clean. Machines aren't always down or broken. Just over all great gym.

I recently upgraded to a black membership. I liked the idea of the red light ..but it is broken and nobody knows when it will be fixed. Can I go back to my original plan ?

I love how the hours allow me to go at any time day or night when the urge hits. I also love the vast amount of machines consistently available as well as the monthly price, it is not exorbitant as some other gyms I once belonged to.

Almost always clean, absurd amount of cardio equipment, not too busy in the mornings and early afternoons. Not located in the best area so lock your car and hide your stuff.

Guy was hogging one of the squat racks for 45 minutes and gave me the middle finger and cursed me out when I told him that I was waiting for it since I arrived. Notified staff who did nothing. Terrible customer service
