Staff was friendly, clinic was clean. Dr Austin was very informative, explaining everything he was doing beforehand as this was my first ever visit. He was also very thorough with a treatment plan and gave me tips to help prevent further problems.

I was looking for a chiropractor that would possibly be open on a Saturday because I was really needing one at the time. I found the place called “The Joint” which was open 7 days a week! They also took walk-ins and run a new patient “special” on first time visit! To me, this all added up to a great place to come to get the relief I needed! The staff greet you upon entering and though it takes a bit of time to do all the paper work and watch an interesting video while you wait your turn, it is a GREAT place to get the adjustments you need. The chiropractor that took the time to inquire about me and my pacific needs was TERRIFIC! She observed things that I really didn’t know was an issue. She noticed some swelling at the back of my knee, which wasn’t given me any pain at the time. A BIG “Thank You”, to Michelle, for making my first time adjustment a relief! Look forward to returning visits!
