While my one visit there was decent, I am incredibly frustrated with the cancelation process. My fiance called to cancel and was told we had to come in to cancel. We work on the road and move around alot, along with periods of layoffs. I called again and left a message stating we couldn't come in to cancel but NEEDED membership canceled. I recieved no call back or email. So for the 3rd month in a row money was taken out for membership we've tried to cancel. I'm beyond frustrated as that's alot for something that's of no use to us.

Friendly staff, always wearing a smile. Very accommodating to my needs. I have scoliosis; they are very careful and still do a great job. And they remember their customers by name. Love this place. I an VERY glad they are in Beaumont.
