Visited when I was in town. I was welcomed with open arms like family. Originally came from a different Bang affiliate in Northern New York, with Coach Rick who essentially created my love for Muay Thai. It had been years. I forgot my kickboxing numbers and combos but was never judged nor felt unwelcomed. Thank you Coach Ryan and so many others!

This BJJ studio is excellent with young ages. They are gracious, respectful, and excellent with the kids. My son is being trained with the best in a kid-friendly environment.
