Discipline, discipline, discipline. Carlos is very good with the students and does not let them get away with much. I have two kids in the program who love to go, wish they offered more classes.

Carlos and the other instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful in my Jiu-Jitsu career. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and there's no egos running around the mat. Love it!

A best gym to train and worth the money spent. I do jiujitsu, kickboxing, and strength and functional training. The coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. Loved being here.

Carlos is a great instructor! Harsh and demanding of the technique details from his students which is the best way to learn. He will stop class and correct students from practicing bad technique before they make them bad habbits. Really friendly environment. all the other black belts are patient and helpful. Also this location has a super awesome workout area, and a cold water machine! Only downside is it is pretty dirty but still 5 stars for bjj gyms.
