It is less time consuming and maximum throughput in benefits. Coaches are professional and circuits change everyday and get me strong.

Its different every day. Also even though it's in a group setting, it still has the one on one feel you get with a personal trainer. I love knowing the calories burned and heart rate, etc.

Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Andy was fantastic and I had a great workout. I loved the equipment, the exercises, and the format. I'm just the right amount of sore (2 days later). I'm totally hooked.

Great gym with instructed workouts that change every day. Focus on heart rate really makes OTF stand out as the workouts are more oriented towards HIIT style. Friendly staff, giving nature or the parent company, and fair policies make them also noteworthy in my book.

I like that it is a mixture of cardio and weights. Every class I am pushing myself. I absolutely LOATHE treadmills, however, in Orange Theory I am able to push myself and enjoy it. Having my heart rate monitored and projected on the screen allows my brain to keep pushing my body when I think I can't. Sometimes I feel like my legs keep telling my brain they are done, but my brain craves splat points, so it pushes until the time is up! I love it!

I love the format, staff and Dana is the best coach I’ve ever had! I have a closer OTF studio to me, but drive to Bellevue for these reasons. Couldn’t love it more. Before I started last year, i hated every form of exercise - now I love it! Thank you!
