4 year member. Enjoy being surrounded by people at OTF with the same mindset who care about their health and lifestyle.

One of the best locations in the area. Great class availability, plenty of parking in the morning, friendly staff. Brad is awesome!

Plenty of space with 2 studios. Never had any trouble booking a class. Can’t say that about all locations. Great instructors.

OrangeTheory is the perfect place for me. I am fairly ignorant in regards to working out. I mean, what is a static lunge? I had no idea until I started at OrangeTheory. I love that I can show up and have a coach guide me through an entire 60 minute workout, including demoing every exercise and providing options for the ones that do not work for me. Also, the coaches at the Bellevue, WA location are fantastic! They truly help motivate me to push myself beyond the false limitations I have set for myself. While I still grumble quite a bit when I wake up early for a class, I know that the last ~15 months have seen me reach a level of physical fitness that I did not think I would see again.

ADDICTING - My girlfriend asked me to try a class out with her at this location before we both departed to our jobs in the morning. I have always thought it weird that they have their entire studio orange and I think this may have deterred me from trying this earlier. Think of their theory like a competitive video game! When you check in you get a heart rate monitor and you are placed on a scoreboard where you and everyone else can see it. You then got through segments of HIIT high intensity interval training to get your heart racing in no time flat. The goal is to get your targeted heart rate and to stay that way throughout the entire class session. You may be asked to run or row or any other items that they have for the class. We also cycled. If you go to their website and type in your zip code you can choose to book a free session. That is what I did in order to try it out. Our class was taught by Jen, and I can't say enough about her enthusiasm and energy. She kept me pumped even when I wanted to dump off the side of the treadmill. I generally hate cardio and this was a way to make it fun since it brings out a bit of competitive side if you are into that sort of thing. The costs for packages were fairly pricey considering other gym options. If I were to choose to continue I would pick the smaller packages of 4 or 8 drop in classes a month. I can't say about other locations, but at the location it seems like classes are held almost every hour and the first class of the day that my girlfriend and I took was as early as 5 am. This isn't for those who are on a budget, but its seems like a great way to get fit if you have extra cash or are just looking for a way to jump-start a routine - they don't have ongoing commitments - it's month to month for dues.

One of the few workout programs that keep you going. However recently neither the front reception nor the workout class seem to be as good as before. Reception used to warm and helpful a year ago. On top of that, if you are 5 minute late to a class, they won’t let you in, so that’s quite inconvenient. Given the downtown Bellevue traffic, you’ll likely to leave without a workout, or wait another 25 minutes till the next class if you are lucky...

I love the fact that all the routines are completely different and you are challenged differently every single time. I also love the flexibility. I can build my schedules ahead of time and pick my favorite instructors as well. This is by far the best workout I have ever done.
