Trainers are good but management is not. They charged me one month fees even when I sent all my medical documents regarding knee pain. When I asked them they kept telling Admin team charged your card and we can’t do anything. I suggest with everyone to check their policies before joining them as it is not most friendly. Their team including studio manager didn’t help me and answered my queries even when I went personally there.

Great place to get out of your head and just work any life/work stress that you have from the day/week. The staff is friendly and encouraging and the workout equipment is clean.

Good environment, but really frustrating about the cancellation rules. I was told I can cancel any time when I join in the membership. But now I was told I have to inform the studio 30 DAYS before the next charge. I gave the notice 7 days before, no one start the process for me. So still need to pay extra 1 month.

I’m so happy today I finally finished my last session in Orangetheory. I give it a 2 star since I am feeling happy today. I would give the classes over all a 3 star, but after I found this is not for me I had to continue to be on this for another 1.5 month makes me feel very bad so my overall experience here is 2 star.Classes:1. If you hate treadmill, they make you run 20-30 mins on it. Be careful, it gets more and more unbearable overtime.2. The treadmills are right next to each other, if they person smells(this happens to me almost all the time), you are going to have a hard time running. And normally you have at least one person right next to you since the equipments are placed to close to each other.3. If you hate rowing machine, they make you row 10-20 mins. Again be careful and judge if you can do this every workout session and not get bored out.4. The rowing machine handle is so uncomfortable, the second time I went I had blisters. There is rowing machine in TruFusion as well, which has a much comfortable handle.5. The weighting room is always similar muscles, and similar exercises. Since there are short demo on the screens, some instructors does not demo through every exercise for the students. They assume you know how to do it….and which muscle to feel the work.6. The cool down stretch is extremely poor. It is very very short, and Its random most of the time and not targeted to the muscle you exercised in the workout. This is extremely bad for beginners since they don’t know how to properly stretch.7. You can only use the equipment during classes.8. The instructors are there to be a timer… quite expensive one.9. Since you run a lot, I do admit it is a lot of exercise. It’s good if you want to lose weight. But think more if you are there to build muscles. Not very useful..10. They also try to sell you a heartbeat tracking watch, which only works with Orangetheory, it’s around 100 dollars and I don’t see the difference between that and a normal fitness watch…Others:1. They always have some addition promotions, the instructor advertise the addition activities end of every sessions. The annoying part is they have additional charge!2. You are not allowed to cancel a lesson before 8 hours of the classes. But anytime with 8 hours they charge you additional money.3. You might be accidentally late due to traffic, they charge you additional money if you are late for more than 5 mins and you cannot go to the classes.4. The cancellation policy or late turn out is HORRIBLE: Some stuff at front desk are very understanding and they will not charge you if you have met unforeseen situations such as traffic or forgot gym clothes. Some are not. I once forgot to pack my gym clothes and only realized I forgot when I got to the lesson. The girl at the front desk wanted to charge me 20 dollars for that. And claimed that other people could age my spot. Well that class was not even full… she also told me that Orangetheory will only not charge me if I was in a car accident in the hospital….5. Ohhh what if you find out you didn’t like it after 1 week after sign up, congratulations, you have to stay on membership for your current month and your next month. I fr* had to continue 1.5 month after I realized this is not for me. I hate every single sessions I have been during the time.
