If you like customized class and want to control your own pace, a good place to go. But if you want to join a class with heavy workload and people are moving in the same pace, not the right one.

Wish I could give negative reviews. The management here provides the worst customer experience and has a lot of hidden non-transparent practices under their "policies".

I wish I could give negative stars. I have received the worst customer service by the management here. They use very sly tactics to charge you under the name of their non transparent policy. Don't go here. They don't know how to respect their customers.

I like the employees at this gym. The workout was really worth it for me since I hard time getting motivated to work out, and their program really helps with that

What I've always loved about OTF is the variety of the workouts, and the way they consistently inspire the desire to go. Bel-Red specifically has been my home gym since I joined OTF nearly three years ago, and I'm always impressed and inspired by the facilities, the staff, and the coaches. While the pandemic has been brutal on many businesses, gyms were hit particularly hard and Bel-Red OTF has done an amazing job with sustaining stellar staffing and coaches while also keeping consistent and reliable schedules throughout the pandemic-churn. Coaches Kristina, Fionn, and Radhika, y'all are the best.

Cancellation policy: How I was cheated. When I signed up I asked them several times about cancellation policy. They did mention it’s 1 month and so I told I will sign up today but I don’t want to be charged next month. They asked me to submit a cancellation form on the day I signed up, that way they will not charge for the 2nd month. Everything was fine until I went to double check about the cancellation few days before billing date. They said my cancellation will be in effect after 2nd month. Which was a shock to me as I took extra care and asked about cancellation policy several times. They made me talk to their manager and he was not of any help in this regard. He even told me there is no 1 month sign up. It’s a minimum of 2 months. I know i will be busy for the 2nd month and I couldn’t go to the classes and it’s very frustrating experience. Be aware of their cancellation policy guys.

OTF Bel-Red is absolutely incredible. I've been going here for over a month now and I've loved every class I've attended.Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions and really make it a positive experience. It's been so great to build a community at OTF Bel-Red that allows me to have fun and workout at the same time! And every workout is so different and unique. The new management and entire staff really make this place worth it. They are what makes me want to come back every day.I cannot say enough good things about this OTF location. If you're looking for a sign to start at OrangeTheory, here it is! See you at the next class :)

1 star for non transparent pricing. If OTF replies with membership pricing or posts it literally anywhere, I will update the review. Please stop with anti-consumer practices. We can literally price out a new car and every conceivable fee and option to the penny online. The fitness industry is moving towards transparency, you should join.I encourage others to rate gyms on pricing transparency too.Edit - response to their response:That's not even an excuse, it's just a lie. You won't disclose prices over the phone either. There is no reasoning for that other than opaque pricing. Your dishonesty is exactly what I expect from the industry - I encourage you to do better.
