They have become very commercial for the swimming pool and just want to mint mint money with keeping pools just for classes and not much time window for free swimming. I Have scheduled swimming private class six months in advance and they kept on canceling multiple times with out notifying and when questioned about the issue the aquatic manager shows full altitude and racial discrimination with her body language and rude attitude and when escalated about the behavior of the aquatic manager to the management of PRO-Club they terminate my membership for questioning as they don’t want to accept the fact that the manager treated me with racial discrimination and rude behavior. Due to they having the authority to cancel my membership they went ahead and we common people have no way to fight for ourself when people with authority treat us in this way

I've been a member for over 10 years. The amenities like the plenty of workout equipment, swimming pool, sauna (with supposed health benefits), pleasant staff, etc. helps make me want to go to the gym. It's not cheap, but I figure it's cheaper than a double bypass if I didn't go to the gym.

The gym is okay. Lockers are okay. Swimming pools are okay. I cancelled my membership over a month ago and they still charge me. I guess once you're in, you can't leave. You have to make a big fuss to get your +$200/month membership cancelled.

There is at least 20 machines that their heart rate monitor does not work. Paying so much and this type of things happening is crazy to me.

After touring most options, this is the best gym in the Seattle area. It’s got everything, it’s open late, facilities are very clean, it’s huge, and there are a lot of other benefits, like the spa services & great parking. Post pandemic, every other gym I considered just didn’t offer the equipment, hours, and cleanliness.

Nice gym overall, unless you actually want to use the swimming pool. There’s 4 pools, 2 of which are dedicated to children. One is dedicated to adults, while the other pool (which is deeper) is dedicated to kids swimming classes a majority of the time, to the point where you’re unlikely to ever actually use it during normal hours. So effectively, as an adult, you can only use 1 of 4 pools, which isn’t deep, and is often so busy, that there are sometimes 3 or 4 people per swim lane. As a paying member, this is a huge fail, especially when you realize that kids classes are given priority and everyone else suffers. Huge thumbs down for Pro Club until they fix this.

Racquetball room is available almost any time and you can swim with family any time. Nobody limits your time. It’s a best investment.

This is the biggest gym here in eastside with almost all possible exercise equipments on earth, with professional training and guidance on fitness, sports, injury recovery and healthy lifestyle. They orgnaize leagues on multiple Sports such as Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Soccer, Squash, Swimming, CrossFit. They also provide casual and fine Dining, Kid care, Spa, Salon, Massage and 20/20 lifestyle. It has recently renovated its facilities, bigger and more advanced.

This gym has it all and has been less busy during covid. Unfortunately, there seems to be zero effort to enforce proper masking. Most people are doing the right thing but there will be people working with trainers, or working out right next to trainers, who aren't wearing their masks properly and there's no word from trainers or other staff.

Until the quality improves, it should be called CON Club. Old facility at high membership cost, some employees were odd, however a few team members at the front and membership desk were very pleasant. I also came for the counseling service, mistakenly thought that they were part of Microsoft employees' benefits because when I asked, they confirmed it but they are actually not. I ended up receiving bills for the 2 sessions I went to and after a few calls, I realized that they were not in the Wellspring benefit network (which allows members 12 sessions for free), but are in Premera insurance network. An automatic payment schedule on the Paymydoctor website was set up as I requested, but it withdrew the wrong amount and stopped after the first payment, and now my bill ended up at a collection agency, and I was told to work with them, as there is nothing Pro Club can do. As I read other reviews, I randomly came across another 1-star one that was left by a friend who now resides in a different state. And funny enough, another friend who used to work in their accounting department left the company a year ago because she didn't like working there for many different reasons. Guess our friend group have no luck with this company.
