I am a avid yogi of 20 years. TruFusion could be best studio I have ever practiced in. It is super clean with 4 different rooms that offer many different types of fun fitness programs. The instructors are world class trainers and the energy that flows there makes one smile ear to ear…

Signed up with an introductory offer and was told by Ruby about an offer to sign up for $90 for the month for February. She specifically told me that I can cancel anytime before March billing to not be charged for March and a recurring membership. So I did that, I signed up for February for $90 and I canceled my membership on 3/2, before billing on 3/4.Even though I canceled my membership prior to billing they waited until after the billing cycle to cancel my membership and then charged me $219. An individual by the name Megan contradicted what Ruby said and told me I had to give a 30 day cancelation notice. It is a poor business practice to tell customers something that is not true to get them to sign up for a membership. I do not recommend this studio

I signed up the yoga class after the trial as I like what I experienced and because it’s close to home. But nobody told me about the penalty policy. A couple of weeks ago, something came up, I couldn’t make it to the class but forgot to cancel. The sent me the receipt for $20 for no show. That was a surprise, but I thought it was my fault so that’s ok. Then I booked the class for today after 2 weeks or so that I haven’t been able to come to class because of the busy schedule. But I couldn’t make still as I I have to run to get stuff for my boy. I leaned my lesson so I cancelled the class on the app. When I got home they sent me another receipt of $15 for late cancellation!!!! Nobody told me about this when I signed up. I meant, they have staff and front desk girls, they can always pick up the phone to call for friendly reminder or something, they just go ahead and charge as they have my card on file. I canceled my membership after that.

The classes are varied, the instructions clear and the facilities are so nice. I was a bit hesitant to try the heated classes, but discovered they are a challenge that really is so worth it. Instructors are supportive and teach-lead-inspire to all levels of attendees. Ruby is a delight.

Dishonest salesperson. When I was signing up for membership using the promotion of $100 discount for the first month, I specifically asked the receptionist Gretchen whether I can cancel after the first month, and was told yes.But when I tried to cancel, I was told there’s a 2-month commitment, so I had to pay regular price for the membership of the second month. They also refused to refund me.It's my responsibility to read every sentence in the contract, but it's also the salesperson's responsibility to answer customer's question honestly. The 4th clause of the Memership Autopay Agreement I was asked to sign did mention and I quote here: "After one full billing cycle (not including the promotional period), you may cancel your membership anytime prior to 7 days before your scheduled billing date." I would read the contract more carefully if the receptionist didn't tell me in person that I can cancel anytime.2-month commitment is not a standard in the group fitness industry and you shouldn't expect customers to know about this standard while you are telling them different things. Barre3, another group fitness gym in Bellevue, also offers introductory prices for their semi-monthly and monly passes. I've purchased their promotional passes before, was never forced to pay for a second pass at regular price.

The studio is great and the people at the front desk are very helpful! They have a variety of classes and I found the 95 degree ones to be the right amount of heat to work for me! The instructors are friendly and very good. Only con would be you need to be 15 mins early to class to settle in.
