Edit: No top roping or doing laps on lead routes anymoreStevens pass is the Vail resorts as Stone Gardens is to Edgeworks. 🤷 Since selling out they just don't care anymore.Terrible at responding to emails. I was trying to bring in a Non profit group recently. Called and emailed multiple managers, and got no response. Guess they don't care about big losses in buisness 🤷♂️.Also they now have a shirts required policy for men.No more autobelays at Stone Gardens. The only rope gym I've been to to remove these essential gym climbing tools.

One of the best man-made climbing structures I've ever encountered. There is a good variety of difficulty from extremely easy to moderately difficult.

It's the only climbing gym in the area after the vertical world in Redmond got closed.I think the fees are typical for climbing gyms. The issue is the cleanliness of the gym . It has poor ventilation and often smells awful. The staff is nice and they provide free beginner classes for bouldering in small group session formats.Sometimes it can get too overcrowded.

The gym has great potential but ultimately feels lacking in many regards. My main two frustrations are the gym prices feeling to high and the boulding gym feeling to hard. I constantly see and do beginner level problems and think there is no way a beginner could do this. I also think there should be more down climbing hold, especially since beginers are afraid of climbing all the way up the wall. Aside from the bouldering gym and price I think the rope gym is quite good. Routes feel accurate to the grade and well thought out. This wouldn't be such a problem if most of the gym was mostly rope but its not. It would also be nice if the gym provided auto blocking devices and there was auto belay especially for thr price. Auto blocking devices aren't that expensive and encouraging beginners to try the rope gym.

Below 1 STAR. Very poor written and verbal communication and even more unhelpful.Less than 1% of my reviews are this low. These guys/gals certainly earned it. Read on and see why.We walk in and this place is under construction with loud tools and no safety areas marked off. No posting or other warnings. Very poorly staffed and dust in most areas. There were other problems. No prices or information posted anywhere. This part is important because now as new guests, we are totally reliant on the staff to walk us through the process and be helpful. Nope. Buyer beware or user beware should be the moniker. We asked for a day pass to use the entire facility; but only after paying and not handed equipment did we ask for harness to climb. In fact everyone walking in has to give them your personal information even if you’re not using the equipment. We found this out only after our adult son was not allowed to have us watch him. Moreover, the staff member said we could only be in certain areas and our son wasn’t allowed to climb on 2/3 of the equipment because we are not qualified and we need to be certified. No staff members were available. Reminder that not one sign was posted on any of this and we are relying on the staff to be helpful. It gets worse. He pointed to only one part of the gym and said, you are limited to that area. After climbing a wall twice our son said he didn’t have any grip. He saw people wearing climbing shoes and we asked for a pair to borrow, only then did we find out that too was an extra cost. Again no signs explaining costs, rules or instructions in visible areas of the facility.Oh yeah…no refunds. There are clearly better options out there

I've been climbing here since it first opened as the Stone Gardens expansion. It's a decent gym in a great location, but I'm not sure about the Edgeworks management. They've made a pile of changes. A few are pretty good, like the crack down on people wearing their climbing shoes into the bathroom stalls. But in some major ways the climbing has been trending worse. They've made it so you can't follow on lead even when both people are lead certified and it seems like their route setters just keep churning.Climbing aside, I suspect their solution for employee desk space while they remodel the office has been to put some of them behind the walls?! Peak over the north bouldering wall when you're climbing in the Orb area and you can see people set up beyond the wall. I'm pretty surprised that kind of egress situation is within the fire code.

Really fun walls! A lot of variety, even at lower grades and plenty of walls at any level to choose from.

The setting is all over the place on difficulty, there is no ventilation, and all of the holds are too old to have friction. I highly recommend taking a longer drive to SBP instead of here. The setting itself feels pretty good for movements though so it could be worse.
