Lauren is the best! I’ve been working out with her for a couple months now, and am so happy with the results so far. She knows how to help you to perform your best all while making sure you feel safe and comfortable. I came from a place of not working out for almost a year (rough pregnancy, hard labor and slow postpartum recovery delayed any and all fitness goals) and I was incredibly intimidated at the thought of starting up again. She made me feel comfortable right away and has been so patient with my progress. I would pay double to train with her!

I train with Lauren twice a week and it’s what I look forward to the most! She coaches you on form and stays mindful of any injuries to work around. It’s so nice to feel like I can confidently train my upper body and core while I’ve had a torn ACL injury. She is great and highly knowledgeable!

Lauren is the first personal trainer I've worked with, and I'm thrilled I started working with her! I signed up for the new client deal and now work with her about twice a month to keep myself accountable. As a result, I feel stronger, and my energy levels and mood are elevated. Lauren gives excellent instruction and pays close attention to your form while you're training. I'm constantly learning something new that helps me with my workouts. The gym space is always spotless too!

Lauren is an amazing trainer! She finds the perfect balance between pushing you but not past your limits/abilities. She's really good at providing variety in the workouts so they never feel static. She's very easy going and non-judgmental and bonus, she has a very cute dog!

Highly recommend booking your training sessions with Lauren. She has a private gym which is so nice for those that likely privacy. She walks you thru each step of the workout and watches to make sure you are using the correct form and how to get the most out of your workouts.She keeps me motivated to come back and continue booking with her too and pushes meto stay consistent with my goals.

Just started training with Lauren a month ago and find myself looking forward to every training session! Lauren is encouraging, positive and very knowledgeable. She also makes me feel very comfortable as a beginner who hasn’t been in a gym for years.

I highly recommend Lauren! Hands down best decision ever! Lauren is amazing and very friendly, no matter your fitness level she treats you with respect. She sets out a plan and guides you along to achieve your goals! She pushes you without over pushing you. Nutrition plan is on point and is easy to follow, and you don't starve. Lauren is very responsive to my concerns or any questions. One of the best parts is that i can vocalize my thoughts/feelings in the gym with her without any judgements. The gym is private,ALWAYS clean, everything is always wiped down after each use.
