I typically shy away from exercise classes but after participating in just one of Ryan's classes I was hooked. Ryan structures his classes to benefit all skill levels all the while helping each participant achieve their personal goals.... If you want to bulk up, walk around like a stiff board, and have an instructor yell/embarrass you then this class will not be a good fit. DO IT!!

Athletic Society Bend is truly an amazing gym and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door! The gym set up is super cool with neon lights, motivational signs and bumping tunes. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable in the fitness industry and the way his classes are set up are unlike anything I've ever experienced. It's certainly not your average work out class! From the move variations - cardio, lifting, mobility, boxing and SO much more. Seriously, check out his instagram (@athleticsocietybend)to see videos of the classes - so epic! It's so wildly creative and you would never think of these work outs on your own. I'm working out muscles in my body I didn't even know I had. You will definitely learn so much from this guy - he is extremely thorough when explaining all the moves! Great for all fitness levels and no matter where you at in your fitness journey these classes will CHALLENGE you, physically and mentally! Check it out asap.

Never tried group fitness until going to Athletic Society but have been hooked ever since. If you can just get yourself to show up you'll start to see results, no question. Classes from week to week are always different and unique. You never get bored or stuck in doing the same workouts, which for me was easy to do when working out individually at the gym. If you have interest in trying something different and want results I would highly recommend stopping by for a class to check out!

Highly recommend Athletic Society! The gym is super clean, has a great aesthetic and every piece of equipment you could possibly need. Ryan is a fantastic trainer, super knowledgeable and keeps the workouts exciting! Great gym for anyone looking to get a good workout in!

Training with Ryan has changed so much more than just my body! He teaches fitness for life! My newfound strength, balance and agility is a game changer, and I’m excited to try new sports to remain active even as more candles are added to my cake. I have developed such a strong mental edge through this commitment, too. Working out at Athletic Society with Ryan is an elevated and thoughtful investment in one’s total well being.

Ryan is great!Athletic society is a rad spot to workout, if you are willing and wanting to be pushed in a group setting with people who are there for the same reasons you are, athletic society is the place to go. It’s a really cool environment and everyone is super supportive. Ryan really knows what he’s doing and I saw a major difference in doing 12 classes and doing the package.I highly recommend.

Ryan is an excellent trainer. He will meet you wherever your fitness level is and provide you with a great workout. He is kind and thorough, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their overall health and fitness, and have fun and laugh while making noticeable changes to your fitness level.

I've been working out at Athletic Society for a few months now. The way Ryan structures workouts to improve athletic performance, mental cognition around fitness and bundles it into an incredibly fun class is amazing. My favorites are the classes where stability strength are brought together via exercises like stability ball battle ropes, speed ladders and boxing.5/5!

Athletic Society Bend is consistently the best workouts I have ever done. The workouts are fun and different all the time and I am always sore for a couple days. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and invested in helping you reach your personal goals. The ambiance, music and community Ryan has built is hard to compete with! Highly recommend!

I've never experienced a trainer as knowledgeable and personable as Ryan, and his dedication comes through in plenty of sweat when you go through a class at Athletic Society. What's great about the program is you'll never get bored of the workouts - each class is unique, and even if the 'theme' of that day is the same, the exercises are not. Ryan masterfully explains how each exercise and slight movement targets the body differently which is a great perspective. Plus the workouts combine mental and physical aspects in a truly unique way. It's fun to get back to athletic roots that I did in team sports growing up that you normally don't get in a typical fitness class. Overall a really fun and unique way to train - you definitely earn the sweat!
