Absolutely fabulous group of people, very motivating and challenging workouts. Finding the group workout style to be a great way to keep things fun and help me to hold myself accountable when I see the same smiling faces. Highly recommend especially for working moms like me that need that me time to be healthy and start the day early!

I love boot camp!!!! I hadn’t had motivation in a while but I get so excited to get to class! The workouts are super fun, quick, and you feel the change immediately. Highly recommend!

Great place to get in a quick, very effective workout in I leave feeling tired but energized at the same time. Ready to conquer the rest of my day. Coaches are great, and so encouraging. Definitely, recommend if you need encouraging coaches, and a great workout.

Joining Fit Body Boot Camp is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I’m in my 50’s and dealing with a hip issue so wasn’t sure it would be the right fit. I have not only improved my fitness, but have lost 18 lbs and my hip is feeling better and stronger with every workout. The trainers are all great and they have been more than happy to help me with modifications when I need them. I absolutely love starting my day with a fun & effective workout with the Fit Body family!

Coach Emily is an excellent motivator and always says the right thing to inspire me to keep moving. Great HIIT workouts with variety blend of cardio strength and more. I’d never work this hard on my own. Coach Diana checks in with me daily to keep me accountable which I really need. Love this gym. It’s gotten me moving again.
