Bend Fit Body Boot Camp offers you not only a great and complete workout in the right amount of time (40 min sessions) but also a group of warm and caring fitness coaches who are ready to help you on your personal journey and fitness goals.I’ve been taking these classes for 2 years now and have never felt better!Also there’s a lot of options as far as scheduling your classes.Everybody is very nice and welcoming so I can guarantee you won’t feel out of place here.Highly recommended!

Loved their 1 week free workouts. I wish I could afford to get a membership there because I truly felt this was such an insane experience. I have a good 60 lbs to lose and I know I would have HUGE physical benefits from this membership, but unfortunately, my life situation doesn't allow for the cost. I will say that the 1 week free allowed me to learn a lot and I have been able to take what I learned from Daniel and Pamela and am instituting that into my regular workout routine 4x a week. :-) thanks for such an awesome Gym experience! The best gym and workout I have EVER had!

We just started this week! It is amazing! You will see how it works but the classes we have done have been circuit style so you can go at your own pace and never have to be center of attention or have to die trying to keep up with a group! I’m just getting back into shape after a lazy winter so those things are nice for me. I also just don’t like basic group classes because I don’t like a bunch of people watching me workout lol. It’s the best style workout I have ever found for myself. I just love it!
