Travis is great! He's super knowledgeable and creative. Travis can individualize workouts to meet your needs. I love that every workout is different and challenging. Highly recommend FFT!!

Travis is awesome. Super knowledgeable and professional. I went in with some previous experience and he has honed and expanded my skill set and overall strength. On top of all that there's a bunch of good people that go there to train. If you want the experience of having a personnel trainer in a group setting this is for you.

I am so glad I chose Fortitude Fitness. I am new to fitness and wanted to learn and join a community. Wow! I have gotten that and so much more. I had no idea what I was missing out on. I am amazed at how good I feel and the things I can do that I would have never imagined I can do. You won’t be disappointed. Very supportive atmosphere if you are a beginner but also this fitness program is no joke! The physical benefits are substantial and also go well beyond that.

I like that the group is encouraging and that all levels of fitness can work together. The instruction is clear and makes use of every second. All of them. Every last second. Travis takes the time to get to know our individual fitness needs and goals. The emphasis is more on safety and individual goals. This is the closest you are going to get to having a personal one on one trainer/coach for the price. Worth every penny.

I work for a essential but demanding Fortune 500 Bellwether company. I’m currently responsible for 180 employees, 5 operations managers and several top S/P 500 accounts. My scope of work covers more than half of the state of Oregon. Needless to say, fitness can be the least of my priorities at times however finding Travis at Fortitude Fitness changed all of this. To start, Travis’s approach to my health and wellness started with a 3 day personal instruction into how to properly lift, stretch and exercise. After that, he challenged me to achieve personal goals that will motivate you to wanting to make yourself feel and be better.In the end, even during a pandemic, Fortitude will teach you that your health and wellness is most important to everything else you can do for yourself, your family and work/life balance perspective.Honestly, I can’t say enough about how Travis and Fortitude has changed this 45+ male’s life. The first night was absolutely fantastic! I was terrified I am so out of shape and gyms in general are not my preferred atmosphere. Yet, once I showed up and it felt safe, clean and empowering! I highly recommend joining Travis at Fortitude fitness and getting in shape for the ski season. It was so much more than you’re regular “workout.” Hoping everyone can stay healthy and safe so we can continue to do the things we enjoy!

I have been going to the weekly sessions with Travis since the fall. I have found this training process to be systematic, well thought out, and tailored to what I can achieve on any given day. Travis always explains the workouts well and coaches us along throughout each session. This has ensured that I get the most out of each workout while at the same time reducing the risk of injury. Bottom line I can't say enough good things about what I have gotten from Travis' coaching!

I wish I had met Travis 20 years ago!I joined Fortitude Fitness Training to help me deal with the stress of everyday life and I wanted to get stronger and lose weight at 52 years old. I never really liked going to the Gym because I never really felt results and I didn't know what to do to get them. Travis makes showing up to class easy because I don't have to think about what to do next. The programs are developed by professionals just for people like me. I workout harder than I ever have and yet I can still function at work. I feel safe knowing Travis is right there everyday coaching and guiding not pressuring.

I've been going to Fortitude Fitness for three months now, and the results are already in. I'm stronger, lighter, thinner, more toned, have more endurance, and less knee and back pain. Oh, and am a happier person. Travis at Fortitude offers one of the most professional and knowledgeable programs that I have been a part of. His experience has helped me reach many of my fitness goals and have a fun time doing it! It's a great program for whatever your needs are. As a professional Ski Instructor and Mt Bike Guide, I've found my overall performance has increased. Better endurance, better mobility, and agility. As an instructor, I also appreciate Travis's ability to teach new moves with precision and great motivation. I can't recommend Fortitude Fitness enough!

After suffering a major concussion and shoulder surgery within 3 months of each other, I trusted Travis to help ease me back to my active lifestyle with his calm demeanor and focus on safety. He made sure to thoroughly understand the extent of my injuries and worked with me to modify all of my workouts for months. Never once did I feel like a burden to Travis or the class because of the community of respect that he created. I am back snowboarding and mountain biking like my old self and have Travis to thank for keeping me fit, not only physically, but mentally as well!
