Shout out to Sean and the OC Sports Performance Coaches!!!This sports program has given my son so much confidence, discipline and strength to keep him healthy and play injury free Lacrosse. Not just a gym! The coaching staff cares about their athletes progress in and out of the gym! Being a part of OC Sports Performance was the best choice I could have made for my son!

OC Sports Performance and Sean have helped me succeed in my track career, and I most definitely would not have gotten to where I am without them! I began at OC sport performance as a junior in high school, and I was very weak. I had no power or strength in my legs or arms, and was struggling in my sports. By working with Sean, I improved by whole seconds in the 100m hurdles and by 6 feet in triple jump. I went from times that couldn't get me to any college to having a D2 athletic scholarship. Additionally, my self-confidence improved drastically. Working with him during summers in college helped keep me healthy and strong physically and mentally. I truly have never had a more knowledgable or caring coach, and I cannot thank Sean enough!

I started going to OC Sports Performance in high school for soccer. I knew very little about lifting and what my body needed to be a stronger soccer player. Sean helped me reach goals that I didn't know I could reach. He helped me become a better athlete physically and mentally. Going to college I was still able to do a lot of the workouts Sean showed me and also was able to keep up with the healthy habits he taught.

I owe OC Sports Performance a lot! I have been training for multiple years here and have seen huge improvements in not only my athletic abilities but also my confidence as an athlete as well. When I committed to play division 1 volleyball I was nervous about keeping up with the fitness level of being a collegiate athlete. When I arrived I realized that not only was I keeping up, but I thriving in the weight room and on the court. And this was all because of the training I did at OC Sports Performance! The environment Sean creates encourages us to get stronger and work hard, and I love it! There is a ton of support both from the coaches and other athletes. And overall I feel like I am a better athlete after training here, I highly recommend!!!

Sean and OC Sports Performance helped me tremendously in my high school athletic career! I began training consistently around my sophomore year, and through the next 2.5 years of training for both high school and club soccer, I saw a dramatic increase in not only my strength, but in my confidence and athleticism on the field. I truly think I would not have reached the accomplishments and level that I did otherwise. Although I chose not to pursue soccer past high school, I have utilized the knowledge and skills learned through OC Sports Performance in maintaining my fitness and strength even outside of a sport. Sean and the other coaches really care about the athletes and take time to develop a relationship with and work with them in their specific needs. I HIGHLY recommend training at OC Sports Performance!!

I’ve been going to oregon crossfit for about a year now consistently and since being here and with Seans guidance I went from a 5.19-4.60 40. I made a reduction of .59. Without Sean I wouldn’t have made as much progress as I have. I thank Sean for teaching me so much and learning so much as a person and as a lacrosse player.

We have been sending our boys (11yr. & 13yr.) to OC, for nearly 6 months. The progress, strength and agility that they have gained is astronomical. This program has taught them to be self motivated, push themselves and strive to do better. They love every bit of it, so much that they wake themselves at 5am to be at the gym by 6am to workout for 2 hours, before heading to school and then their sports programs! I can not explain how impressed I am with the knowledge, instruction and overall care that our boys receive from Sean and the OC staff! They genuinely care about the health, safety and results of the boys! It’s nice to know that they are in it for them and not just a number or paycheck!!Thank you Sean and OC Staff for all you do for our youth athletes!!-James

OC Sports Performance has been awesome for my middle school athlete. His physical improvements have been great and because they actually track and record everything we can see the progress. More important than the physical improvements is the community of young athletes from all over the area that supports and fosters friendly competition. It’s great to see the high school athletes encouraging and showing the younger athletes the way. If you want to see your athlete get faster, stronger, and more confident then get to OC Sports Performance.

OC Sports and the coaches within it, more specific Sean have definitely changed my life for the better. Whether training to more prepared physically for a sport, or if you just want to stay in shape and be healthy, there’s no other facility and members I could recommend. They have top of the line equipment, and very helpful coaching that ensures you do an exercise correctly, and won’t get hurt. I personally went there for a year, and had my squat go up 90 lbs, my deadlift go up 100 lbs, bench go up 50 lbs, and my vertical go from 24 inches to 33 inches in that time. And definitely instilled my love for the gym, and continuation to still go to the gym. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, no matter their fitness level.
