OC Sports Performance is truly the best place to train as an athlete, or anyone trying to live a healthy lifestyle. OC Sports Performance creates an environment, unlike any facility you can train at. It also creates a sense of preparation in any athlete's mind and body. When you feel prepared for anything in life it gives you the feeling of confidence, swag, and a level of passion to succeed. OC Sports Performance gives you all the preparation in the world. Lastly, OC Sports Performance is about hard work and getting results. Results get you championship rings, college scholarships, and records. I am speaking from experience. I have been training with Sean and OC Sports Performance for a very long time and I would not have been a State Champion in football or a three-time State Champion in track and field or a D1 Scholarship Athlete without the training expertise of Sean and OC Sports Performance. IF YOU WANT TO WORK HARD AND BE GREAT, GO TO OC SPORTS PERFORMANCE!

After training with Sean for almost 7 years, I can say I wouldn’t be where I am today without the OC Sports Performance Program. I played soccer and basketball my entire life and it wasn’t until training with Sean that I starting to see tremendous growth in my performance. OCSP is a great environment and not only trains athletes to be faster and stronger but also teaches proper recovery in keeping athletes injury-free. Now, being in college this program has taught me the work ethic, discipline, and consistency necessary to achieve my own health and fitness goals. I always look forward to going home on breaks and seeing all the friends I trained with. I can’t recommend this program enough to anyone that wants to take their sport to the next level!

I trained at OC Sports performance throughout high school and college and loved every minute of it. I can confidently say that my time at OC Sports Performance built me into a strong, healthy, and CONSISTENT athlete! Thanks to the support of Sean and everyone at OC Sports performance I had an amazing and successful athletic career that I will cherish for life. I can’t think of enough good things to say about OC Sports Performance. I started training with Sean with my soccer team in high school, and continued going through my college career as I competed in soccer and track and Portland State. From rehabbing an ACL repair, to getting stronger every day, to learning how to push past my limits, I can 100% say that OC made me the athlete and person I am. Not to mention, I loved the group of people I got to do it with and was always surrounded by other athletes that made me want to be better. Thank you Sean and OC team for impacting & supporting so many youth athletes in our community!!!

I began OC Sports Performance training while I was in my senior year of high school, and I saw significant changes in my strength! Sean and the other coaches put lots of time and effort in order to deliver a high quality training program that is accessible and flexible for any athlete. Even though I’m in college now, I still hope to come back for the great environment and more gains.

I give my highest recommendation to any athlete looking to improve in their sport to take the sports performance class at OC. As someone who played both soccer and basketball in high school, participating in the sports performance program ensured injury-free seasons and allowed me to preform physically at my highest level. Without this unique program and coaching by Sean, I would not have been nearly as prepared going and playing soccer at the collegiate level and having the successes I did during my four years. Sean’s commitment to each athlete in the gym and making sure they are reaching each of their sports-specific and/or personal goals is a difficult thing to find as a young athlete. Therefore, I highly recommend any athlete looking to improve in their sport and/or looking to play at the next level to take the sports performance class at OC!

Sean has helped me tremendously in my soccer career. I started training with him as a freshman in high school. I knew I wanted to pursue soccer in college. We worked hard at building my strength, speed, and athletic ability. The results were undeniable. Unfortunately, I took a bad hit during one of my games during my senior year of high school. I tore a few ligaments in my knee. I worked with Sean in my recovery gaining my strength and conditioning back quickly. I went into college as the strongest girl on my team, and close to the fastest and fittest. Despite my setback, my coach was quite pleased with how I played, and I continued to have a successful few years. I fully attribute that success to the OC Sports Performance training program and would recommend it to anyone who takes athletics seriously. Without Sean, I would not have been nearly as prepared for the next level. I am very grateful for the training and everything he taught me.

OC sports performance and Sean have changed my life. I went here when I was in high school and I got in such good shape for soccer. The running and conditioning during tryouts was a breeze for me and the only preparation I had was going to OC sports performance. In previous years, before going to OC sports performance, I would just run to get in shape and those tryouts were brutal. After graduating high school I would continue to go and it has helped me have healthy habits and be the best version of myself. Sean also really cares about everyone and helps everyone reach their full potential. OC sports performance is the best!!!

OC Sports Performance is the place to be if you want to reach your athletic goals and aspirations! I started training with Sean in high school, and with his help I was able to develop the strength and speed needed to compete at the collegiate level in both soccer and track. I was always able to go into a season feeling strong, healthy and fit. Sean and the members of OC Sports Performance are genuinely invested in all of their athletes and will work with you to reach your goals. With Sean’s coaching I was able to meet my goals and oftentimes surpassed my own athletic expectations. I would not have had as successful of an athletic career if I did not train here, I highly recommend OC Sports Performance!

Coach Sean is truly an incredible trainer. He’s taken me from a 21in vert to a 36in vert in about 2 years. I really enjoy the workouts and the other people I get to train with. Will definitely miss this environment when I go off to college.
