Was a member here for years and found the gym to be a nice place to workout with nice equipment. Reason for low review is when I moved cancelling my membership seemed much harder than it needed to be.

Not a fan. Increases monthly fee in the middle of contracts (or will literally change your plan on you). Never responds to emails (talking to you EricJ), they pretend like they take feedback into consideration, but equipment is still missing parts, machines are broken for months, can't even fix the front door. Soap dispensers are empty in the bathroom. Where is the extra money going? EricJ's pocket probably. Or his boss as I'm guessing expecting the owner to care at all about customers at this point is a pipe dream.

I’ve been a member here for about 10 years and honestly I expected better from them. Raised the rates WITHOUT disclosing it to the customers. And for what? I don’t get anything extra. I’m cancelling and joining Planet Fitness because at least I’ll get to use their massage chairs and their basic plan is STILL $10 a month.

Was lied to by staff about my cancellation. Still not cancelled even though a verified with them what had to be done. I went into the gym to be told I couldn’t cancel I had to speak to a manager who wasn’t in.

Update: latest update, without any notification they got rid of my membership tier and automatically bumped my membership up to the most expensive option. How is this legal? I signed an agreement, and I did not agree to this higher price point. Watch your wallets!It would be nice if the gym actually opened on time, 10 cars sitting in the parking waiting, gym dark, over an hour after it was supposed to open this morning.

Been a member for just over a year. Overall, great gym, has everything that you need. However, I am pretty certain that since I have joined, the locker room has never been cleaned. It's absolutely disgusting. I can only hope now that my membership has gone up $10 per month that the extra money will be put toward cleaning.

Customer service is next to none here.Staff at night time is incredibly rude and non-accommodating.Stuck up and miserable people.Shakes are always out.Hygiene is non existentDon't waste your $ here for fitness go to a higher quality gym like Powerhouse and pay more, it will be worth it more long term.Having a gym membership is behind pulling teeth, save yourself the mental space and not waste your time eitherm

Wifi. Hours are accommodating to many schedules.

Filthy gym, management should be ashamed. Bathrooms are not cleaned, showers have hair in the drain/on the tub walls, moldy shower curtains, almost every towel hooks has been broken for months, soap dispensers are falling off the walls and broken. If the bathrooms are not cleaned I’m sure the gym is even dirtier.Exton maxx and bethlehem location are not like this! Just the 378 location. Please step it up management!

Tons of equipment, clean, & everyone is friendly. Can’t beat the price.
