I need to cancel my membership and thay wouldn't let mecancel over the phone. Thay want me to come in and "personaly resign" or send a letter by snail mail. . Well I live five and a half hours away now. 8 miles from nearest post office. Now I have 2 pay 35 dollars 4 the bank to cancel payment. Because in March they take out $35 to renew membership thank you for my extra added expenses

I will never rejoin planet fitness And I would recommend anybody reading this days away from them. they have horrible policies I canceled my membership and because I didn't cancel it 7 days before the building dates they charged me for an additional month that I'm not gonna use and then they Told me they're not able to give me a refund that is garbage.

they make it near impossible to let you cancel your membership.ive had nothing but terrible experiences with this gym would not recommend. also has limited equipment. you are better off going to a LA fitness
