Ethos is awesome! The instructors are unmatched -- they go above and beyond to create a real community -- making it a rare gem compared to the all the big box / chain / impersonal options out there. The hybrid options (choose between in-person or online) are a life-saver for those of us who can't always make it in to the physical location. Highly recommend!

When they say all bodies and all fitness levels are welcome, the instructors really mean it. You will never hear toxic talk about burning calories, earning dessert, or swimsuit season, which is why I keep coming back.

Love working out at Ethos! They have a variety of classes offered throughout the day and evening to fit any schedule. Instructors are great!
