Great place to workout. They even have daycare to watch your little ones so you can get a break from the munchkins and get fit. Their indoor and outdoor pools have water slides and the price is definitely worth it.

I have been a member of LTF for over 17 years. The Savage facility is LTF price with Snap Fitness quality equipment. It's a great company and gym but this facility is forgotten about. They would rather spend 2- 3 weeks on the parking lot versus update equipment. Not sure what you are doing LTF, but update the club's equipment.

It provides what I need for a gym, but I recently visited the Eagan location and I am boggled how it looks and feels so much nicer. Bigger, up to date, more group fitness classrooms, more epuipment and all in all a WAY nicer facility. I like Savage because of the location, but I am really hoping they can somehow expand and update.

If the hours state that the facility is open 24 hours, then the WHOLE facility should be available for use at ALL times with exceptions to the child center, cafe, and Life spa. Proper notices should be given out to members if things happen to change. I ended up driving to the facility tonight as I usually did and was told that studios would be locked after the last group fitness class of the day because people are "trashing" it. I asked the last instructor why there hasn't been any notice and all she says was "It just started today, sorry." I was so heart broken because this was the reason I decided to move to this gym from LA Fitness because I was able to practice dance later in the night, especially on weekends. Now I'm not sure if the membership is worth it anymore. I ended up going home feeling like I drove there for no reason.

The front desk is always professional. I loved when Mark worked the front as he remembered everyone’s name. Super cool dude. Current employees are helpful too. Kelsey Martin was Instrumental in my nutrition/health reset goals and the tools she provided me to succeed on my own will last a lifetime. The gym is clean with exceptions of guests leaving stuff behind, but that’s on guests not LTF. The pool outdoors is clean and fun for littles. With covid rules they are fair to all, maintain mask boundaries, but allow guests to pull them down during exercise. Which is huge when you’re dying for air during an intense workout. The childcare center is 95% solid. Majority of time I drop the kids off and they seem happy, and caregivers play with them. One time a woman rocked my little one the entire time I worked out because she was crying. Another time, walked her around in a baby stroller the whole time. Super sweet. There are some times when I’ve dropped them off and felt like they were a nuisance to the young caregivers. Won’t judge for that as it’s select few and not majority. Equipment is nice. Cleanliness is high, especially now. They communicate well with signage, emails, etc. Their website is updated often with pertinent info so you can’t plead “I didn’t know the rules”.Edge Cycling is fun; Katie and Bryan are energetic. Cafe with covid seems to have less to-go options, maybe by monetary design. Sometimes they’ve been slow with orders(shakes) but others, freaky fast. Again, more of a one-off employee than systemic issue. Trainers seem to push clients hard. I’ve taken some classes and they were fun. What I like are that the trainers don’t “sales“ you up. They are very friendly but respect boundaries so that you can come to them and they’re not pushing sessions on you. Overall, great club. Only hope the mask situation goes away soon. (That’s on the state of MN though!).

I love this place. Sauna, pool, personal trainers, hair salon, massages, and café. Yes please. This gym has everything you need. Alyssa Forbes is one of the massage therapists here, and she is awesome, she really listens, she knows how to adjust to what you need, and she is very knowledgeable in her expertise. Cannot praise this gym enough. Love it.

So I just stopped by there and a gentleman with a name tag that said “Batman” real name “Scott” could not have been more rude. I understand the establishment has rules and policies and I brought a guest past 9 pm and did not know you couldn’t do that but the way this guy looked at me and the way he answered my questions was beyond rude. He even grabbed the sign and shoved it in my face saying “it says right here no guests past 9pm” maybe a better way of explaining said policies is something he needs to be trained on. The blonde lady folding towels was just as snarky as he was. I’ve loved lifetime since going there and joining just recently but this Scott guy needs new training on customer service and it’s beyond unprofessional to have “Batman” as your name on your name tag.

This is my favorite LT location by far. The floor to ceiling windows are great, the equipment in the weight room is great. I have an amazing trainer. The only "complaint" I would have is that I can order the same smoothie 5 days in a row and it's different everyday. Same with sandwiches. It doesn't appear that anyone follows any quality standards so it's a 50/50 shot you get what you want.

I have been a member for a few months now, the gym itself is nice and kept clean for the most part. I do see members that will constantly leave towels, mats, weights laying out instead of putting them away but that is not the gyms fault. It can be overcrowded during the week which sucks, it's a hassle to get on some equipment. My main issue is the monthly payment we had been promised one price before we started (have emails to prove), then were charged a different amount. I asked about it and the lady at the club basically dismissed me and ignored what I was saying. I moved on because it was only a few more dollars and I was over arguing, however now this month I was yet again charged even more! It really has become a hassle. No one can explain or help. When you join somewhere it should be a set price with no adjustments, which you would just expect anywhere to do?

The most unprofessional money hungry place I’ve ever had a membership with. They charged my account multiple times a month with promises they would refund me and never did. So my bank had to cut them off after I filed multiple claims. Specifically Tyler and Diane. I’ve never been so disappointed and cheated with a gym. My advice if so spend your money somewhere else. They do anything possible to keep making money.
