I joined Longevity approximately two months ago and it is a perfectprogram for me.I am 71 years old and my overall physical condition has declined substantially. I am amazed at my progress in just two months. Ben conducts great classes and pays close attention to each student in his class.My classmates are encouraging and fun. I look forward to attending the classes and seeing my new friends. I highly recommend the program.

LOVE, this Longevity class! I look forward to it, and make sure to plan my day around class time!! Plenty of variety and can adjust to any fitness level. Amazing how quickly your energy levels start to increase. Ben is a physical therapist and watches to makes sure we are doing things correctly.I look forward to the class, my fitness friends and the experience that Ben, brings to us.

Very knowledgeable instructor who takes time to get to know her clients. She offers lots of tips and is very conscious of doing poses for the aging population as not to put their physical health and wellness at risk. Safety is her number one priority, allowing you to decide when you are comfortable pushing yourself just a little more. Best yoga class I have ever done. My only wish is that we could meet more than twice a week. Come visit, you won’t regret it!!

If you're 50 or older (I'm 76 and a retired university professor), I encourage you to sign up for Longevity Bloomington. It's a 2-hour per week commitment for seniors that is transformative. The latest research suggests that Ben emphasizes what's needed to stay healthy and avoid or minimize major diseases. I wish I had begun these classes 25 years ago, but I feel and see the difference after a few months. My balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility have all improved. How Ben engages us surpasses working out by yourself or other classes that are not research-based. Finally, the sessions are friendly, supportive, and with zero shame. Give yourself this gift, moderately priced. Contact Ben and hear his fitness philosophy. He's great.

I’m SO glad I found this class and I really enjoy going. I first started last fall because I was going to have my right knee replaced and wanted to build up some strength before the big surgery. I had it done the end of December of 2022 and returned to class in March. I have noticed a big difference in my strength, balance, energy, and overall fitness. Longevity is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Highly recommend!

I joined the Longevity class when it first started 2 years ago. Ben is a great instructor, always coming up with something new and challenging. I really enjoy the class and look forward to going. It’s fun but I also feel like I work hard and get a good workout. I highly recommend giving it a try.
