I love this gym. It’s so clean. I have been to gyms where dusty toenails lurked in the shadows and never got vacuumed up. Very happy with this gym.

As soon as I walk in, the front desk is ready to scan me in with no hesitation. There are always machines and weights for me, and they are very clean. I truly appreciate them for being so clean...... thanks PF yall are the bomb

It’s fairly clean with helpful staff at certain times. Other times though, I would have a wait over five minutes for a employee to check me into the gym all because they were too busy on their phone or they would straight up ignore the fact that I’m standing there and would need to yell at them. Also, the free weights area is so small and busy while the cardio equipment was empty. Wish they would deprioritize the equipment with more strength training stations. Other than that, the price is reasonable if you get the basic package while the Black Card is in my opinion kinda of not worth the cost especially if you don’t tan or use those hydro massage beds/chairs. Lastly, the hours are disappointing since it’s only 24hours on the Monday thru Thursday. The weekend hours are too short.

No matter you are in US or Canada, Planet Fitness has always met your expectation. this is not the busiest location and the timing are good although I miss 24/7.

The atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility is above average at the Bloomington, Illinois center. Staff/Trainer Kyle is very professional yet friendly and derserves recognition along with other staff!
