Highly do no reccomend this place based of the lack of communication and misinformation from staff. Upon checking policies the staff didn't have the proper knowledge of them before throwing there hands up and saying owell with a smile on there face. Planet fitness may be cheap but it's also your service that is too.

If you know what your doing for workouts and just need some equipment, this is the place to go. Cheapest and they keep it clean for you. Just be sure to have a lock for your locker. :)

Gets the job done and you can't beat 10 bucks a month. Staff is personable without being invasive. There is cleaning being done at all times. I will never pay 100+ dollars for a gym membership again. My only request is that the ceiling fans are going at full speed because the machines don't have built in fans.

I'm not so happy with them right now. I went to work out on Friday. I put my coat and keys and earbud charger in my locker. I put my lock on my locker and went to work out. I finished after an hour. I went to the locker room only to find my Lock had been cut off my locker, my car keys were gone, and my earbud charger was also gone. That was the least of my worries.The lady stole my wallet and started my car and was going to steal that.I had to call 911, and an Officer came and filled out a report.This is not the first time this has happened at the club. This is the first time it has happened to me.Planet Fitness knew there was an issue with theft in the women's locker room. They should have posted notes or let everyone know with an email. You can never be too safe. Do not leave your keys in your locker when working out. It is not safe.I put a lock on my locker and still wasn't safe. If you see something suspicious say something.

The staff and the management are absolutely amazing. Such an inviting atmosphere and professional service! Happy to have changed this to my home gym when I moved here. Such a great clean gym and the people are the best! 10/10 would recommend

I like Planet Fitness. They are clean, friendly, and good for a workout. You can shower and use massage equipment and total body enhancement. I would like Burnsville MN Planet Fitness to update cardio machines and fix some weight training equipment.
