Worst customer service. Called over a month ago to cancel my membership, because I was moving out of state. I was transferred from the front desk. Left a voicemail, and never heard back. I was charged for this month. Called again today and was told I have to mail a letter to cancel????

Overall pretty good gym with lots of options. It's pretty clean other than the restrooms usually. Can't beat the price though for what you get.

It's a me time place. Very relaxing,clean,great customer assistance,you have acouple different option levels for a membership, what ever fit's your budget. It definitely with it.

Best deal, gone from flab to small abs in 56 days. Best $23 a month. Constant cleaning, love the ab machines. But, if you want dumbells more than 75lbs, and curl bar heavier than 60.. maybe try somewhere else.

I'm obsessed with this gym and all of the cool classes. I love that I can text my trainer and ask him about everything from supplements to just getting encouragement when I feel down about my progress. Bravo!!

The gym is normally clean and the employees are friendly. Cheap memberships. They could work on their machine maintenance. The hip abductor has been broken for over a week. The incline bench has been missing a handle for months. The employees had no ETA on the repairs. The front desk told me, "PF only has like one maintenance guy for the country, so it might be a while". They're no longer open 24 hours. So no more middle of the night workouts. On Jan. 9th 2022 they were supposed to open up at 6am, but were still closed at 7am when I stopped by.

Ive went to a few planet fitness around the city but this location has been the best Ive been to yet very clean and the staff?! Oh The staff made my experience even better the reason why I choose this location! I believe his name was Darryl his customer service was Excellent

Very helpful staff. Clean facility and locker rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my workout while waiting for husband to get out of surgery. Huge shout out to planet fitness for 1st day free pass. 2 minutes away from TCO

There was a misunderstanding with the contract, and I'm completely thankful and satisfied wiTh the professionalism they displayed in handling my concern. The manager Cynthia was very nice and reasonable. The employee who I started out with was named Edgar. Edgar also was very patient and helpful. I'll definitely remain a customer. I was a member for 3 years I got hurt in December 2022. Because I was hospitalized into March I couldn't work out or call to put my membership on hold when I did I was still charged. I didn't realize that I was still paying but I went in a week ago to just see what I could do if anything. I was told my membership was on hold I couldn't even use the bathroom. I know my injuries are not planet fitnesses fault but to not even let me use the bathroom and see if I could do anything to get better really is bad customer service. I didn't just come off the street I was a member since this place opened. Like I said it's not there fault I got hurt but it would of been great to just see what I could do if anything. I had to cancel my membership and my wife's because of the way I was treated. I don't really blame the manager but I do
