I joined planet fitness about one month ago. I usually go to the Bloomington location before work and this location on the weekend (because it’s close to home). However, this location has become my favorite. I haven’t been on a weekday, but on the weekends, it’s always clean and the staff are constantly cleaning. The locker room is very nice and I love that the black card member area is tucked away. My only suggestion is to get some type of mat or towel to go under the water fountain, because there always seems to be water on the floor and a wet floor sign.

What a great gym! You get all the big equipment and features, without the prices or limited hours of those big gyms. The staff is frequently cleaning. They have a nice stretching area and have changed some of the extra curricular rooms to keep them updated.

I’ve been coming here consistently as a guest, and man did planet fitness impress me. I thought it would be like another basic over priced gym, but they have a unique culture behind them, clean facilities and all the equipment you need to give yourself a good workout. Just wish guest could use the massage chairs and tanning rooms. But oh well, everything else is great. Love coming here!

Very unimpressed with the service, staff and management. As a black card member I expected decent treatment but my gym partners and I could not go into the massage chair even though I was a black card member. When I complained and asked to cancel my membership several times they wanted to just charge me early cancellation fees! To avoid getting a new account number I ended up making a stop payment through my bank to avoid their fees!

Mark at this location gave me 5 star service! I was greeted when I walked in with a smile! I had previous had horrible service at this location leaving a 1 star review. But after Marks remarkable service they have truly earned 5 stars! He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Great job!!!!

Really love the variety and number of machines here. Membership is super cheap in comparison to other 24/7 gyms. They also have tanning booths, w as terms massage, red Lazer treatments, and massage chairs all included in the black card membership. Highly recommend this place.

I went in to the Bunsville location last night. I met 2 young ladies who were very nice and good with making clients feel at home. They said they were both new but they did an excellent job. Emily was very knowledgeable about how the massage chair worked. They were nice and awesome. I was going to purchase a new gym bag but they could not find the right size T-Shirt to go with the bag. They did very well by compensating me. I have to say if the one in coon rapids had staff like these 2 young ladies I would enjoy going to the location more often. I find myself avoiding that club and going to others instead of the coon rapids location which is closer to my house. Those 2 young ladies made my day the way I was treated.Thank you,Jeremy

Well, planer fitness has always been the cheaper option in the list of gyms that we know. If you just need a place for working out anytime of the day (or night) then this is the place. For 10 bucks a month you get access to gym and for 20 bucks a month you get access to massage area and much more. I just hope that in the 20 buck membership I was allowed to take my +1 to massage area as well. One star down due to that.

Staff is always on top of their game and friendly. The place is kept well clean. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Have had great conversation with fellow gym goers.

This is great gym for only $10 a month. Staff is nice and place is super clean. Tons of cardio and strength. About time we got a Planet Fitness near me. Was surprised how big it was, full lockers and open 24/7and get free unlimited training, which cost me fortune at my old gym.
