This is the MECCA of Boca Raton. I was able to workout with Johnny himself and let me tell you about motivation from a man who is 60 years old and trains as hard as most people I have seen. The facility gives you everything from strength training to cardio to HIIT outdoors on the turf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The best indoor/outdoor facility in South Florida. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The offer workshops, Group Classes, and 1 on 1 personal training. THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Stopped in a few times while in town the other week. Affordable, friendly with a great range of equipment and space. Overall great gym and highly recommended if you're in the area.

This is a brand new sparkling clean top notch training facility run by and for for serious athletes . The versatility for training is unmatched in a public gym I have seen ANYWHERE let alone BOCA. Crazy money has been poured into the custom art , lighting , outdoor turf , equipment and staffing . It is generally a levelYou would find in a professional training center for pro athletes . Classes are varied and unlimited and believe me You feel it . You think you are in shape ? Well....you will quickly find out you haven’t probably even scratched the surface of the word fit until you start training at a place run and owned by this legendary and respected team.

Unlike any gym I’ve ever been to. Friendly and helpful staff, never waiting on equipment, and the outside training area is by far the best feature. 10/10 would recommend the group training classes. The trainers are super attentive and I felt right at home.

This gym is so good and it’s clean, nothing in here is wrapped like la fitness. This gym has a super nice outside area with a sunroof over it. Tons of supplies and machines that give you the option to do any workout you want. Great staff and owner that talk to you and help you

Five stars is under appreciating what this gym is... They designed this gym perfectly for athletes of all ages and different goals, it is really amazing to see all of the different athletes and trainers they have there. Walking into this gym will give you the chills and also motivation you need to give your best every workout. Thank you Johnny O!
