Johnny O's Gymnasium

I just had to share that when I leave Johnny O’s gymnasium I am the happiest person ever.... I don’t want my workout to end. It’s such a great energy, the People working there as well as the members are A great group and amazing. It’s so motivating to see how hard people work out and how passionate trainers are about their craft and getting people to their goals and beyond. I love seeing people push themselves, beyond what they ever expected. The kid/teen/adult classes, in the state of the art and one of a kind outdoor facility, are unbelievable.... like they are training the next level of pro athletes. Thank you Johnny and Alisha O for creating this special space for us all.Oh and the lighting inside is wonderful like you are in a club scene and so very flattering while you work out 🏋️‍♀️ 😉

Great gym, great staff, Amanda helped me at the front desk and brought great energy when I walked in. The best part of the gym besides the people is the neon lighting inside and the music that gets you motivated. Johnny O is always here as well pumping up people in the gym and makes you feel connected to each other. If your looking to get better and train with motivating people then this is the gym for you

This gym is amazing!!! Great equipment, great staff, great vibe, very down to earth!!! The gym has a nice private feel and your not surrounded by hundreds of people. I trained with Amanda and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable in weight training. Needless to say, l'll be coming back to JO.

Since the first day I walked in, I've loved this place! The owners are super polite and friendly. The facility is beautiful, private, and always kept clean. The trainers are very professional and kind. Overall, the atmosphere Johnny O's provides is very comfortable and supportive.I felt welcomed and encouraged from the start. I would strongly recommend not just for athletes or those seeking personal training, but for anyone starting out and looking for a positive environment.

This is a great gym! They have some unique pieces of equipment that i haven't seen in other gyms I've been to and an amazing outdoor covered, turfed area. it's very clean and maintained. Johnny and his wife are great people that make you feel so welcome. Can't recommend enough!

This is hands down the best gym in South Florida! From the cleanliness of the gym to the passionate staff, the environment at Johnny O’s makes it so unique. Being able to workout, without worrying about people judging you, is something you don’t have to worry about here. Everyone from the staff to even the clients, make it an welcoming environment by greeting and conversing with one another. If you’re in the Boca area, I highly recommend you checking it out.

This gym is the highest intensity gym in south Florida. From the second you walk in the door you are going to feel empowered to work harder and at a higher level than you ever have before. From beginners to advanced athletes this gym has it all. The staff is the most knowledgeable and helpful group of people that all have the true desire to see you reach every and any fitness goal. The inside is super clean and always maintained, the weights are always put away and you’ll never have to go on a scavenger hunt for a piece of equipment. The outside has brand new turf well over 50 yards. Majority is covered allowing you to push your workouts further regardless what the weather conditions are. They have all the equipment you could ever need from platforms, benches, and pulley complex machines all the way to sleds and tires. If you want to push yourself to new levels this is the place for you.

This is a top of the range multipurpose gym. I was impressed to see there was an outside training area for sled pushes or any outdoor conditioning that athletes might prefer.Would definitely recommend this gym for all looking for a top quality gym in South Florida. Music and atmosphere is amazing.Angela is a very friendly face to be greeted with when you enter the gym. Very friendly and welcoming staff overall.

Johnny O’s is the best equipped and cleanest gym that I have ever been to!! Everybody is extremely nice, helpful, and motivating. Their trainers are skilled at getting you and keeping you in the best physical and mental condition that you can possibly be in. Not only is it a rush to be working out, but it’s even cooler to be working out shoulder to shoulder with professional athletes. Would definitely recommend this gym for any skill set.Put in the work and you’ll see the results.
