I just tried the new COLD PLUNGE at Johnny O’s and it was amazing! I was so sore and tired but this truly woke me up and got me feeling brand new. Highly recommend trying out the brand new cold plunge at Johnny O’s!

I absolutely love this gym, the people are so nice and makes you feel right at home. The instructors are incredible and really care about your performance as well as safety. I have been going there almost daily for the last 3 weeks and I have seen a huge change in my physique as well as mental well being. Highly recommended!!!

More gym equipment than one could ask for. The gym is top of the line and has the most personable people representing the brand. As an athlete, it is hard to find a gym that encompasses everything you need. This is the one and has set a new gym standard for myself.

Best gym ever run by the most energetic and positive people I ever met. I live in LA but travel to boca frequently and always hit this gym. Johnny O is the best and such a nice guy. Equipment is solid and very modern.

Visiting from New York and immediately thought how great both the environment and equipment is. From the moment you walk through the front door you’re greeted with smiles and great vibes.This gym is the perfect balance of both cardio and weight training with superior equipment you just have to try for yourself! The most incredible gym I’ve been in! Visiting from NY and so envious we don’t have a Johnny O back home. It was the perfect hybrid between strength and cardio with a cool turf section outdoors and superb weight equip indoors. Have to see for yourself - unlike all the rest AND also super friendly vibe. Don’t pass up the chance - I’d be a regular daily if I lived here !! Thanks for such a phenomenal facility!

Best gym in FL and I’ll even say it’s the best gym in the country. The equipment is top notch, the environment is one of a kind, but most importantly the staff genuinely cares about your success. Johnny is the owner and still makes time to reach out to ask how I’m doing. I’m locked in this time around, and I truly trust this team to take me to where I need to be.
