This is a nice little gym. Has a good assortment of free weights and machines. It's open 24 hours with a membership.

I've been a member at other Anytime Fitness locations before. This facility looks clean and has a great location. Unfortunately I've tried calling several times during staffed hours and haven't been able to connect with anyone. I've left voicemails, tried calling over and over to no avail. I ended up moving on to Crunch. Hopefully they can improve on their customer service because the location and equipment they have are great.

I have had issues from the start with anytime fitness. When wanting to sign up I started at the star location, after Ryan was extremely flakey and unresponsive I went and signed up at the Boise location. While signing up the guy had explained that my payments wouldn’t start coming out till May of 2018 because of the inconvenience. After signing the contract, giving card/bank/billing info and leaving everything was fine. Until my key stopped working. And I started getting calls from a collection agency. After finding out it was from anytime fitness I was extremely annoyed. I had called the Boise location and explained what happened and got told i would receive an email. I haven’t received that email and just want this fixed. This was in no way my issue when they had every bit of information they needed to charge my card/bank for the membership. The start up fee that was at the time $1 was taken out of my account with no issue. So I see no reason as to why this is now my concern. And also requesting $650 from me through a collection agency when I have from the time I signed the contract till now wouldn’t have even been charged that much. If the fee started in May as I was told, and signed for... the max total would only be at $150 if that.. so how they are getting $650 I have no clue.

The employees at this gym have terrible business practices. They'll lie about their policies, fees, and do whatever else they can to con you into enrolling. The employee that we signed up with lied about being the owner, lied about what we were signing and offered us a bunch of credits that the owner refused to honor. Then when your account is charged for way more than you were told, they'll tell you that you're burnt because you signed a contract. The employees there will say whatever they want to get you to sign up and there's nothing you can do about it once they have your money. Do not sign up at this location. We were 100% taken advantage of and not even the owner so much as attempted to make things right. Horrible experience. I wish I could give a review lower than 1 star.

I am a visiting Anytime owner and I can say I was very impressed. Very clean facility and their equipment is Hammer Strength and Life Fitness which in my opinion is the best combination.

I love anytime fitness, the manager is super knowledgeable and always there to help! I went in not knowing a thing about the gym and she constantly is motavating me to stay on track and meet my goals. I would recommend this gym to all of my friends, family, and strangers!

This gym specifically (101 on overland) is terrible.I have been to several Anytime Fitness gyms and by far this one is by far the worst.1) There is no safety equipment such as belts etc.2) The treadmills are very outdated.3) Not enough equipment.I do NOT recommend this gym to anybody. My advice is find a better gym, one that you like and stick with it.04/28/2017

My husband and I have tried multiple times and by multiple channels to go in for a tour and potentially sign up for a membership. Never have I received a call back despite leaving voicemails, no email correspondence either. We even went to the location, during enrollment hours, the door was locked. We waited and even though there was someone in the office they would not answer the phone to help us. So disappointed in the lack of customer service.
