We’ve been to many Crossfit Boxes all over the world but nothing holds a candle to Arbor. The pride in ownership shows. Jonathan and Maria (owners) always do the right thing, and it shows, they are meticulous. Best in class coaching, super clean facilities, and thoughtfully prepared WODs. What more could anyone want? Community? Yep, they have that too! Friendly competition as well as the ability to scale down exercise, it’s great for any ability! Our entire family loves Arbor! After being members for over 6+ years we moved out of state, we miss Arbor, haven’t found anything like it.

Arbor Crossfit is more than a crossfit gym - it's a community. Going to Arbor everyday or even dropping in is the best hour of my day. Everyone is welcoming, coaches are approachable and the drop-in/ membership process is easy to register!

I recently joined Arbor CrossFit and was immediately impressed with the knowledge of the training staff and the quality & cleanliness of the facility and equipment. Jonathan is very helpful, and Eric is a great coach who will provide instruction and feedback readily. Overall, solid gym!

There is such a great group of people who run this gym! They are extremely supportive and I’ve been able to completely change my mindset with fitness and body image because of Arbor. I had originally tried Arbor because of a New Year’s challenge to try new workouts... but I tried CrossFit (Arbor) in January of 2020 and never left.

It makes me so sad to write a bad review about a CrossFit gym. I have been doing CrossFit for 4 years and dropped into classes all around the country when I have traveled and never have I ever felt the need to write a bad review. I also hate confrontation so writing this is also just taking a lot for me to do!! I am only writing this because someone might see it and save themselves the hassle.I signed up for Arbor and about two weeks in decided it just wasn’t the gym for me. It was too expensive, out of the way for me to drive to it, and I respectively don’t think the coaches gave enough cues. So, I wanted to put my energy towards something else. Signing up is extremely daunting. They basically list every reason why they will charge you, missing a class, making a late payment, etc. I signed up regardless of this extreme contract because I had heard good things about the gym (I actively try and stay away from contracts like this!) I messaged that I wanted to cancel 9 days out from when my month would be up and they replied that I had to pay for the following month and that my last day would be 41 days out. I suppose it is my fault for not reading that snakey contract better… Regardless, I am a third grade teacher and do not have the means to pay $155 for a membership I will not be using. It is crazy that these kinds of gyms say “30 day cancelation” when they don’t prorate you which then only gives you one day to message in and actually get a 30 day cancellation. Very disappointed.

I dropped in earlier this year while in town for business and was welcomed with open arms, a top-notch facility, and great programming. Since then, I’ve dropped in every time I’m in town and have even brought coworkers with me a couple times. Arbor CrossFit has become a staple for my Boise trips and I’m looking forward to the next one!

Best CrossFit gym I've ever been to! Helpful coaches, big, clean space, great workouts that are well explained with lots of modifications, and friendly members. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to drop-in or join a gym in Boise!

Great Crossfit Gym! Was sad to move away from this gym when I left Boise, but I always go back to workout when in town. I love the variety of classes and times offered—CF, endurance style, fitness, competitive and weight lifting. Cute merch and nice selection of supplementes/fuel too.

As a personal trainer, I could appreciate the quality of programming and coaching at Arbor CrossFit. They know their stuff, and have built a great community. If you are looking to get into Crossfit go to Arbor.

I started at Arbor in 2013 and have been a member ever since! I have felt welcomed and supported from the coaches and community since day one. I have made life long friendships at Arbor and I am thankful for this box ever day! I have improved so much as an athlete with the support of this community and awesome coaches. I would recommend Arbor to anyone at any fitness level. Arbor is great because they scale to any ability level. If you are looking to get in shape and have lots of fun doing it, Arbor is the place for you!
