I have been a "member" of Fitness Together for almost five years. The entire staff has been exceptionally supportive and encouraging throughout my time with FT. Brian has kept me motivated through thick and thin - all 25 lbs, of it. I'm truly grateful and consider myself fortunate to have discovered FT.

I really love working out at Fitness togeather, currently I work out with Adam, but all the trainers are exceptional, attentive, and informative. If you have trouble getting yourself motavatied to get into a fitness regiment, come in and see one of the trainers. If you are trying to start a fitness program, this is the place to start.

I've been working out at FT for several years, 3 times a week. I go because I need to be held accountable. I need someone who will push me and help me keep on pushing myself, especially when I want to quit. I have some limitations and I appreciate having a trainer who will work with my strengths and keep me from doing anything that might not be good for me. Thanks, FT!

I love this place! They make working out a total pleasure! The trainers are great at creating individualized fitness routines and a personalized fitness plan. They are knowledgeable about health, fitness and nutrition and are great at sharing their wealth of knowledge.Working out with them for a month, I lost 5 lbs and 2% body fat and feel great!

Fitness Together is a great place to get personal one-on-one training, support, and healthy-lifestyle cheerleading. I've worked with FT trainers for the past three years. And they know how to make you sweat. They create personalized workouts that change regularly, so I've never been bored. They ensure I use proper form (no injuries in three years!) And they are flexible, including coming in at 5:15 AM to make sure I don't miss a workout when my schedule is tight! I especially like the small group training. Corinne, Brian, Kaylynn, and Adam are a great team of trainers! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get healthy, regardless of your current fitness level.
