I just walked into the State street location and I asked the gentleman who helped me, the prices for membership. He was not kind, like why would I ask that question. He gave me a sour look. I asked if I could look around and he said, sure if you want. He didn't even offer me a tour of the facility. I looked around and left. Was not a good feeling.

I would give negative stars if I could, this establishment is very unprofessional. I had called back in November to cancel my membership; the individual working said they'd cancel it for me. Well, I look at my bank statements and low and behold, my membership hadn't been canceled, and my account was charged $110 for my membership I was told was canceled months ago. I called today, spoke to an associate named Tiffany and she said I needed to fill out the cancelation form through my email, I submitted the form. But, as I told Tiffany, I never received this form back in November when I initially had called to cancel. They refused to refund my account even though this was a reckless mistake made by one of their associates. Highly unprofessional, I needed that money to pay my power bill.

I've been going to this gym for a few months, and it's great especially for 15$ a month, but this place desperately needs bumper plates and a deadlift platform. There is more than enough space in the big exercise room for these.

Came here for the group fitness! I love the U-Jam class! Hope they get more! I love that I can bring friends with the drop in fee. It’s been really clean and a great facility.
